在學校第19屆教育花會中,我擔任了一節公開課。公開課的課題是:7A Unit 8 Collecting things的聽、說部分,教研主題是英語聽說能力的培養和提高。Unit 8的話題是Collecting things,屬于個人愛好范疇,是學生喜愛的話題,而且,初一學生要提高英語的綜合運用能力,還應從聽、說開始。
這節課的教學目標包括以下三個方面:1、語言知識:認讀和理解一些單詞和短語(shell, magazine, sentence, be bad for, be interested in);2、語言技能:①教學生聽前預測,注意正確理解別人說話時"but"后的內容,聽后檢查書寫的正確;②嘗試表達自己對收藏愛好的觀點;③學會通過設計和問一些與主題相關的問題,了解他人的收藏愛好;3、情感態度:禮貌地詢問和表達愛好及觀點。
上完這節課后,我覺得我的整個教學設計符合課程標準和學生的實際,可操作性強,各環節、步驟條理清晰,環環相扣、由淺入深,運用了多種教學手段,能較好達到預期的教學目標,多數學生能完成學習任務,體驗到學習的愉悅,有進一步學習的愿望;學生參與學習活動的人數較多,參與學習活動的方式多樣,參與學習活動的時間充分;老師對學生的課堂表現能適時進行積極、有效的評價。
以后我應當努力多關注學困生,真正讓每一位學生都能從課堂的40分鐘得到收獲,進一步探討使課堂氣氛更活躍的方法,讓學生能達到真正使用英語進行交際的目的。

Harry: I started two years ago.
You: Which is your favourite postcard?
Harry: My favourite postcard is from the UK. It has a picture of Big Ben on it.
You: I see. Thanks, Harry.

2學情分析
初一學生活潑好動,對世界充滿了好奇。大多數學生在小學已開始學英語。由于我們班是普通的平行班,學生的水平比較參差。
3重點難點
教學重難點:理解 “but”一詞之后通常表達的是與之前不同的觀點;培養學生聽前預測的習慣;根據所需信息設計合理的問題.

4.1.1教學活動
活動1【導入】問候及告知學生本課時的學習目標
1) Say “Good morning” to the students and welcome the visitors to the class.
2) Tell the Ss the tasks and the aims of this lesson.
3) Show the topic to the class.
活動2【導入】游戲熱身,激發興趣
Ask students to do “Memory Challenge”.
There are fourteen pictures in all. Each picture shows one kind of collections. After watching all of them, the students should tell what the collections are.
活動3【講授】任務1:聽力1
Listening A:
1) Teach some new words in the Listening material.
2) Ask the students to guess what to listen for according to the sentences in the boxes.
3) Play the record of Listening A, ask the students to get “Who says the sentence?”
4) Ask students to check the answers.
5)Tell the students “Top tip” of the listening, give them some examples.
6) Ask the students to listen to Listening A once again then find out the sentences with “but” and make them understand the real meanings of the sentences.
活動4【講授】任務1:聽力2
Listening B:
1)Show the topic and the notes to the students.
2) Ask the students to guess what is missed and in what form the word should be.
3) Play the record of Listening B for the students.
4) Ask the students to check their answers.
5)Ask the students to do a survey. Give them some advice on writing the words correctly.
活動5【活動】任務2:口語輸出
1) Ask the students to do Speaking practice according to the example.
2) Ask some students to act out their dialogues.
3) Ask some students to use some sentence patterns to report in class.
活動6【活動】歸納小結并自我評價
1) Have Ss sum up what they have learned in this period.
2)Ask the students to have a self-assessment.
活動7【作業】布置作業
Homework for today:
1) Family dictation for the new words and phrases in Unit 8;
2) Listen to the recording of Unit 8 and read the articles in Unit 8.
3) Write an article about your collections.
(Your article should include: What do you collect? When did you start? How big is your collection? How do you get them? What do you get from your collection?)
