教材:人教版《英語4[必修] New Senior English for China》
一、教學(xué)對(duì)象分析
本校學(xué)生生源在全市屬于中上水平,因此教學(xué)活動(dòng)的選擇與設(shè)計(jì)遵循由易到難,且較難的原則,注意給學(xué)生搭建一定的語言支架和幫助。本堂為人物傳記故事類閱讀課,以哈佛大學(xué)研究多年、并在現(xiàn)今西方各中學(xué)學(xué)校教學(xué)中盛行且行之有效的Three Learning Keys:Thinking Skills, Interaction & Comprehension為主導(dǎo)教學(xué)思想,以active reading為目的,重在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生微觀、宏觀有效攫取課文信息的思維敏銳性、批判性和創(chuàng)造性,以及語言組織和書寫的輸出能力。用問題和Mindwrite及Summary構(gòu)圖問答形式作為輔助,按細(xì)節(jié)、理解和創(chuàng)新逐層拔高,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生開發(fā)性研究學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)生全部采取小組圍坐的形式,有利于學(xué)生更好地小組合作和探究。
二、教學(xué)內(nèi)容分析
本課為人教版《英語4[必修] New Senior English for China》U3 A Taste of English Humour的閱讀課,緊密圍繞Reading文章人物主題,通過法國文學(xué)家Victor Hugo的名句“Laughter is the sun that drives winter from the human face.”導(dǎo)入引出Bet-game活動(dòng):Who Is He?以問題形式逐一列出競猜提示使學(xué)生對(duì)本節(jié)課學(xué)習(xí)的人物目標(biāo)有生動(dòng)直觀的切入,并通過小組活動(dòng)的討論、讀、寫中了解Charlie Chaplin。Mindwrite構(gòu)圖問答形式所涉及的問題直導(dǎo)時(shí)代背景、人物內(nèi)心世界及其成就帶給人類的積極影響和作用。通過問題的問答、深入及宏觀思考和討論,閱讀和口語相輔相成,通過基于Mindwrite問題基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)人物簡要介紹的Summary達(dá)到創(chuàng)新思維和實(shí)際解決問題的有效輸出目的。最后本課以重溫Three Learning Keys:Thinking Skills, Interaction & Comprehension主導(dǎo)教學(xué)思想為結(jié)束。
三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
(1)知識(shí)技能目標(biāo):
通過閱讀和Mindwrite,使學(xué)生對(duì)Charlie Chaplin有基本和直觀的了解,幫助學(xué)生理清本文的行文結(jié)構(gòu):人物介紹的書寫順序與內(nèi)容,并學(xué)習(xí)其行為帶出的“正能量”精神力量;通過小組合作方式,讓學(xué)生積極思考并回答閱讀理解的問題;通過小組討論,使學(xué)生思考并表達(dá)自己的想法,提高說的技能;通過思考、討論、合作、共享,寫出人物簡介的小作文并共享。
(2)情感態(tài)度價(jià)值觀:
通過本篇文章的學(xué)習(xí),讓學(xué)生了解人物成長、取得成就和成名的過程。借助人物的奮斗歷程,了解其生存環(huán)境和成長的時(shí)代背景,進(jìn)而了解人物心理和促成其成名極其重要的因素之一——個(gè)性特征,從而得出一種無聲的力量——如何戰(zhàn)勝個(gè)人不幸和艱難困苦,為遭受戰(zhàn)爭之苦的人民驅(qū)逐生活和內(nèi)心的黑暗釋放自己的光芒之“正能量”。
