此句中的動詞see表示“(通過查看、打聽等)弄清、了解；查看、發現(信息或事實)”。作這種用法時，see常接how, what, when等引導的賓語從句。 e.g. He agreed to go with me to see what was wrong. 他同意跟我去了解一下毛病出在哪里。

后邊引出預期的時間、地點等，還常常構成短語be due (to do something)或be due (for something)。

2) I know表示說話人對所談的觀點、內容已了解，無需多說，相當于漢語中“我早知道了；我全都了解”這樣的意思，區別于許多日常交際場合中表示“我明白了；我知道了；我懂了”的用法。
e.g. A: It’s already very late. You should get some rest. 已經很晚了，你應該休息了。 B: Well, I know. Thanks. 對，我是知道的。謝謝。
注意，當我們獲知對方提供的信息后，常用I see. 表示“我知道了；我明白了；我懂了”。
