一、教材分析
本模塊話題是英語語言，所選擇的討論角度正如標(biāo)題所示，是“你和我的英語”，也就是“我們大家的英語”。本模塊也談英語的歷史，也談英語的發(fā)展與變化，但視角落在了可以說是英語最突出的特點(diǎn)上，即它的國際性和普遍性上。與此同時，在談到英語如何發(fā)展成為具有國際性的語言的時候，我們自然就會想到漢語的發(fā)展和漢語的未來。
本節(jié)課是這個模塊中的第二個單元，是一節(jié)閱讀課。雖然是一篇議論文，但是作者用問句作為標(biāo)題，可以引發(fā)讀者的興趣，這樣有利于學(xué)生對文章的理解。
二、學(xué)情分析
本課授課對象是九年級學(xué)生，經(jīng)過兩年多的英語學(xué)習(xí)，對英語語言學(xué)習(xí)有自己的看法。本模塊的話題與學(xué)生的生活聯(lián)系緊密，能夠有效地提高學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
三、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1. 語言知識目標(biāo)
（1）功能：能夠發(fā)表自己對英語學(xué)習(xí)的看法
（2）詞匯：boss, secretary, quarter, industry, zero, Indian, type （3）語法：復(fù)習(xí)狀語從句和動詞不定式的用法
2. 語言技能與學(xué)習(xí)策略目標(biāo)
（1）能夠讀懂包含狀語從句的表達(dá)，理解文章中的細(xì)節(jié)信息并能轉(zhuǎn)述信息。 （2）能夠讀懂有關(guān)英語發(fā)展的說明，并能轉(zhuǎn)述主要信息。 （3）能夠參考課文的結(jié)構(gòu)寫一篇文章介紹漢語的發(fā)展，寫作中要盡可能多地使用狀語從句。
3．學(xué)習(xí)策略目標(biāo)
通過小組合作的方式，學(xué)會合作。
4. 情感態(tài)度與文化意識目標(biāo)
能夠理解英語的重要，同時又要看到漢語日漸增強(qiáng)的影響力，培養(yǎng)對漢語的熱愛，增強(qiáng)民族自豪感。 四、教學(xué)流程

【設(shè)計(jì)意圖】:作業(yè)是課堂學(xué)習(xí)的延伸和鞏固，是所學(xué)知識的反饋。學(xué)生不僅能在這項(xiàng)作業(yè)
中規(guī)范自己的語音語調(diào)，再次鞏固英國傳統(tǒng)的介紹方式，而且能帶有自主性地去思考問題，不同層次的學(xué)生可以選擇不同難度的作業(yè)，這會更有利于激發(fā)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣，拓展學(xué)生的思維。
五、教學(xué)反思
1. 將現(xiàn)代教育技術(shù)---多媒體技術(shù)同英語課堂教學(xué)整合，激發(fā)了學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣，提高了教學(xué)的時效性。
2. 這節(jié)閱讀課按照“讀前”、“讀中”和“讀后”的順序來設(shè)計(jì)，教師提出的問題也與中考閱讀理解想結(jié)合。在“讀后”的部分，除了安排了復(fù)述課文的活動之外，還加入了微寫作，現(xiàn)實(shí)了“以讀促寫”。
