Unit 2 The United Kingdom教學(xué)設(shè)計
一、教學(xué)目標
(1)強化略讀、細讀等閱讀技能,訓(xùn)練通過尋找關(guān)鍵詞、主題句等方式更快速并準確地確定文章的段落大意,理清文章的總體框架與脈絡(luò)。
(2)使學(xué)生對英國發(fā)展有大致的了解,同時了解英國的地理位置,社會文化,歷史發(fā)展等方面的知識。
(3)在小組合作互動中,增強學(xué)生的團隊合作精神。 (4)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)的能力。 二、教學(xué)重點難點
1.教學(xué)重點:文章篇章結(jié)構(gòu)的理解和把握。
2.教學(xué)難點:如何提高學(xué)生對文章的整體把控能力以及學(xué)生的邏輯思維能力是難點。 三、教學(xué)方式
1、本課采用導(dǎo)入—快速閱讀—文本分析—語用分析—小組合作—課后作業(yè)六大板塊構(gòu)成的閱讀教學(xué)模式,調(diào)動廣大同學(xué)的學(xué)習(xí)積極性。
2、培養(yǎng)學(xué)生與老師、同學(xué)交流信息,交換看法,小組合作學(xué)習(xí)和自主探究學(xué)習(xí)。
3、采用多媒體課件作為主要的教學(xué)手段,同時,借助黑板、粉筆、多媒體等輔助手段開展教學(xué)活動。 四、教學(xué)過程 1、Lead-in
通過看文章題目,預(yù)測文章要講述的內(nèi)容;給學(xué)生看一則關(guān)于英國的新聞,引起學(xué)生閱讀的興趣,導(dǎo)入課文。 2、Fast-reading
快速略讀文章,把握文章大意;同時對文章進行分成三部分,概括三部分的大意。 任務(wù)一 Skim the passage and find its main idea. What is the text mainly about?
A. How many countries consist of the United Kingdom? B. Explain how England is divided into three zones
C. The reason why London became the cultural capital of England.
D. A brief introduction to the UK about its foundation and development based on geography, history and culture, etc.
