Teaching procedures: 
Step1. Greeting 
How are you feeling today? Step2. Warm-up 
Show pictures and talk how the people feel. Discuss: what causes stress ? 
           How can we reduce stress and relax? 
Step3. Listening 
A. the beginning of the interview Where are they? Who is Dr Klinsman? B. three questions 
What kinds of people often suffer from stress? What really causes it? 
What can you do to stop stress and worry?  C. more exercises        
 
                    
             
                    
                            Step4.Complete sentences 
 You have heard the following words in the interview. Use them to complete the sentences.

Step5. Homework 
Write eight sentences about yourself, using the verbs in the Function File.
