①肯定句: 主語+am/is/are+表語 主語+實義動詞(+其它) ②否定句: 主語+am/is/are+not+表語
主語+don’t (doesn’t)+實義 動詞原形(+其它) ③疑問句: Am/Is/Are+主語+表語
Do (Does)+主語+實義動詞原形(+其它) The use
1) 表示不隨時間的變化而變化的事實、真理、格言、警句等。 ① The earth goes around the sun. 地球繞著太陽轉。 ② Pride goes before a fall. 驕者必敗
2) 表示目前, 現在經常發(fā)生的動作, 習慣, 或存在的狀態(tài)。常與下列表示次數的頻率副詞連用

① Class begins at eight every morning. 每天早晨八點鐘開始上課。 ② He always works at night. 他經常在晚上工作。
3) 表示“預定”或是“安排好”要發(fā)生的, 不會輕易改變的未來動作、事情。常用于此類用法的動詞有come go, move, stop, leave, arrive, be, finish, continue, start, begin
① The plane arrives at 8 o’clock. 飛機八點到。
② School begins on September 6th. 九月六日開學。
4) 在表時間和條件的狀語從句中, 用一般現在時代替將來時
常見引導時間狀語從句的詞匯有: when, while, whenever, before, after, till, until, by the time, as soon as.
常見引導條件狀語從句的詞匯有: if, unless, as long as, so long as, in case (that), provided (that).
① When Bill comes ask him to wait for me. 比爾回來時讓他等我。
② I will write to you as soon as I arrive there. 我一到那就會給你寫信。
③ You will have to get everything ready for the party before I come this evening. 在我來之前你必須為晚會準備好一切。 StepIII: Explanation of present continuous The construction
① 肯定句: 主語+am/is/are+現在分詞 ② 否定句: 主語+am/is/are+not+現在分詞 ③ 疑問句: Am/Is/Are+主語+現在分詞 The use
1) 表示說話時正在進行的, 目前正在發(fā)生的動作。此種用法時, 常帶有表示目前時刻的時間副詞, 如: now, at the (very) moment, for the time being, at present, 及Look! Listen!等詞匯。 ① Look! The big bird is flying away. 看, 那只大鳥正在飛走。
② He is watching a movie now. 他現在正在看電影。
2) 表示目前一段時間內正在進行, 但說話時可能沒有進行的動作。 Right now I am studying Chinese by distance learning.
我現在正通過遠程教育學習漢語。 Mr. Green is writing another novel. 格林先生在寫另一部小說。
3) see, return, leave, start, visit, go, come, fly, stay等動詞可以用進行時表將來。 ① He is leaving on Friday. 他將于周五離開。
② We are flying to Paris tomorrow. 我們明天將飛往巴黎。
4) 與always, constantly, forever, all the time等副詞連用, 表示動作反復或習 慣。此時句子常含有說話者的強烈情感在內。表達較強的“責備”或“表揚”之意。 ① You are always changing your mind.
你總是主意不定。(太煩人了。)
