情 分 析 七年級學生入學一個多月以來,學習習慣已經基本養成。而對于本課重點知識,由于
在Starter中已經接觸過This is這個句型,所以對于Is this/that句型的運用不會有太大難度。但在授課中,我特別需要注意Are these/those…?,因為學生首次系統的學習并運用這個復數句型,還是有難度的。 教 學 目 標
1. 掌握有關家庭成員的名詞:aunt brother cousin daughter family father mother grandfather grandmother grandparent parent sister son uncle mum dad 2.聽懂介紹家庭成員的對話。
3.會用“Is this/that…?Are these/those…?Who’s this/that?” 。 教 學 重 點
1. Words about the family members
2. Is this/that…? Are these/those…? Who’s this/that?
教 學 難 點 1. The woman next to her is my dad’s sister, my aunt Liz. 2. Who are the boy and the girl in front of Paul?
3. Those are Paul’s son and daughter, my cousins, Mike and Helen.

Teaching procedures and ways 教學過程 Step I
1) Homework check or brainstorm. A family tree.
Make it on the blackboard by a group and then arrange it properly by others. 2)A quiz. To check whether they are familiar with the relationship among the family members.
Step II .Lead in and presentation.
1. Show a photo of the teacher’s family in the name of their friend---Bill, my son . Introduce it to the class using:
This is …That is … These are… on the left /right…in front of…behind…next to… 2. A photo of Tony. Step III :Listening.
1. Know about Tony’s family members from the photo in Activity1. 2.Listen and check the members Tony mentions,then check together. Step IV: Dialogue.
1. Listen and choose the correct answers for Activity 3. (check in groups) 2. Read and underline the diffcult words , phrases or sentences .
( First find by themselves and then the T shows the two long and difficult sentences on the board, just let then know the Chinese meaning.) 3. Listen and follow.
(Pay more attention to the pronunciation,intonation and the pause) 4. Read in roles.
5. A reading competition among groups. Step V. Practice and showing.
1. T set an example for the Ss with S1. Show the sample on the whiteboard.
Introduce their family photos in pairs according to the sample in 4 minutes and then show the dialoguse in front of the class, using: Is this/that…? Are these/those…? Who is this/that? What a big/happy family!
Step VI Moral Education. (My family 公益廣告)
T: How do you feel after watching the short vedio? What will you do for your parents or your family from now on?
(Collect ideas in groups and then share together)

Homework:
1. Remember all the new words and expressions we’ve learned today (記住今天所學的單詞及短語)
2. Talk about your family with your friends with keys sentences we’ve learned today. (用今天所學關鍵句式和朋友一起談論你的家庭成員)
Reflection:
The whole class went well as arranged and all the students did good jobs, even the weak students made some progress in this class.I felt so thankful for them and I’m proud of them .During the class, we wasted some time only because of my poor skills in operating the advanced computer. Otherwise , we would have more time to give more students to show. It’s a pity that some of them were not so active due to the afternoon-time. However, I will do whatever I can to improve myself, including my professional knowledge and the skills in class design . Of course , I will continue learning from others.
