Ask students to translate 2 sentences from the text in English. Introduce the grammatical term attributive clause. Help them classify the 2 sentences with attributive clause into 2 types.

教學(xué)反思:
這節(jié)課是九年級(jí)上冊(cè)第十模塊的第一課聽說課,這個(gè)模塊的主題是介紹澳大利亞,第一課主要是讓學(xué)生對(duì)澳大利亞的景點(diǎn)和文化有個(gè)初步的認(rèn)知,為第二課深入介紹澳大利亞的風(fēng)土人情做好鋪墊。從話題來看,由于澳大利亞的地理的特殊性和文化的多樣性,容易引起學(xué)生的興趣,但是從語言知識(shí)的角度,本課雖然容易激趣,但詞匯量較大,特別是具有文化含義的地理名稱,像Ayers Rock, Great Reef Barrier,central,southern, 等,在語音和識(shí)記方面都會(huì)給學(xué)生造成障礙,再加上本課的語言要點(diǎn)是初中階段第一次涉及定于從句,那么還要借助材料幫助學(xué)生形成對(duì)定從的初步認(rèn)知,那么這些知識(shí)要點(diǎn)融合到一起,用45分鐘落實(shí)完成,就需要在備課中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)做好鋪墊,使得整個(gè)課堂變得高效,讓學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)體驗(yàn)得到優(yōu)化。
因此在這樣的前提下,我的這節(jié)課以澳大利亞簡介為核心主線,以學(xué)生能夠口頭表達(dá)在澳大利亞旅行經(jīng)歷為終極目標(biāo),由最終希望達(dá)成的教學(xué)成果,逆推整節(jié)課的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)。整節(jié)課使用了我校外語組特色教學(xué)模式“基于情景交際的文化滲透式互動(dòng)教學(xué)法”基于情景設(shè)置問題和任務(wù),通過大量圖片、問題、和講解的穿插,讓學(xué)生迅速明晰相關(guān)的語言和文化內(nèi)涵,基本上順利完成教學(xué)目標(biāo)。
導(dǎo)入階段由問題引入,到觀看短片,讓學(xué)生對(duì)澳大利亞產(chǎn)生直觀的視覺感受,并導(dǎo)出本節(jié)課學(xué)生所要了解的澳大利亞的三個(gè)方面信息。
在聽前的活動(dòng)中,考慮到本課詞匯、語法知識(shí)信息量大的特點(diǎn),我設(shè)計(jì)了較為充分的聽前語言輸入環(huán)節(jié),從一開始通過地圖認(rèn)知其具體方位,自然聯(lián)系到用定語從句來連接兩個(gè)句子,之后介紹本課提到的澳大利亞重要的三個(gè)景點(diǎn),通過提供景點(diǎn)介紹讓學(xué)生猜測(cè)答案,并在這一環(huán)節(jié)繼續(xù)滲透定語從句的形態(tài),讓學(xué)生進(jìn)行簡單機(jī)械的操練。
在第一個(gè)聽力練習(xí)中,繼續(xù)進(jìn)行知識(shí)的鋪墊和輸入,為課文聽力做進(jìn)一步鋪墊。
在前提完成了相關(guān)詞匯的理解之后,進(jìn)入課文聽力,這部分根據(jù)課本81頁表格進(jìn)行了改變,將表格內(nèi)容細(xì)化,挖出在上下文中重要的詞匯,讓學(xué)生通過聽力填寫出來。從課堂呈現(xiàn)來看,大部分學(xué)生都能抓住核心細(xì)節(jié)并寫出正確答案,在核對(duì)答案的過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生還是在語音上的障礙,特別是southern, central, height這幾個(gè)重要詞匯,在課堂上都對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行了糾正。在聽力后再次呈現(xiàn)地圖,幫助學(xué)生理解off the coast和 on the coast 區(qū)別。并且強(qiáng)調(diào)off的介詞含義,因?yàn)楸菊n還有幾個(gè)跟off相關(guān)的短語如 cut off, brush off
之后開始跟讀和小組對(duì)話,在這一部分滲透交際用語,學(xué)生通過反復(fù)操練對(duì)話,自然得出交際用語的使用場(chǎng)合,符合學(xué)生的認(rèn)知邏輯。
讀后活動(dòng)主要涉及兩部,第一是定語從句的再次強(qiáng)化,這部分給出了本課的例句,為了節(jié)省時(shí)間沒有讓學(xué)生去課文中找,以給中文讓學(xué)生復(fù)述英文的方式,迅速聚焦,之后引出定語從句的概念,讓學(xué)生在第一課有個(gè)淺層的認(rèn)知。同時(shí)用中文區(qū)別兩個(gè)句子的區(qū)別,并拿出另外兩個(gè)例句讓學(xué)生去歸類。這部分還是比較有效省時(shí)且有效的活動(dòng)。讀后第二個(gè)活動(dòng)是課本練習(xí)。這么長的課文,學(xué)生能夠當(dāng)堂不看練習(xí)直接說出答案,教學(xué)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
最后環(huán)節(jié)是學(xué)生比較喜愛的。設(shè)定角色非常重要。班級(jí)特別是活躍。時(shí)間很短但是設(shè)計(jì)的很有趣,跟過去兩年的訓(xùn)練有一定關(guān)系。實(shí)際上這個(gè)班學(xué)習(xí)能力比較強(qiáng),因此設(shè)計(jì)活動(dòng)體現(xiàn)一定的聽讀水平,這樣學(xué)生能夠感受到一些挑戰(zhàn),更能激發(fā)他們的課堂熱情。
