一. 教材分析
本單元是八年級(jí)(上)Unit4。本單元的核心語言項(xiàng)目是形容詞和副詞的最高級(jí),并圍
繞這個(gè)語法點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)話題展開教學(xué)活動(dòng)。本單元要求學(xué)生掌握形容詞和副詞的最高級(jí)的基本用法,理解課文,熟練運(yùn)用詞匯,讓學(xué)生運(yùn)用形容詞和副詞的最高級(jí)描述自己喜愛的事物,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,和熱愛生活、努力拼搏的品質(zhì)。 二. 學(xué)情分析
本單元話題內(nèi)容是進(jìn)行事物的比較,貼近學(xué)生生活實(shí)際,學(xué)生感興趣,有話可說,有話愿說。在Go for it八年級(jí)(上)第三單元 I`m more outgoing than my sister.中學(xué)生已經(jīng)學(xué)習(xí)了形容詞和副詞比較級(jí)的基本用法。在學(xué)習(xí)本單元形容詞和副詞的最高級(jí)時(shí)結(jié)合上一單元的知識(shí)點(diǎn),溫故而知新。由詞匯變換到句子,再由句子擴(kuò)展到語篇,最后以讀促寫,使每位學(xué)生都能使用正確的語言結(jié)構(gòu)來寫作。 三 教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1.Knowledge Objects:
Revise the superlative degree of adjectives.
2.Ability Objects:
(1)Students can understand the article and use the superlative forms of the adjectives and
adverbs to fill in the blanks.
(2) Students can organize and write the best places in the city. 3.Moral Objects:
Students know they can keep their school and city clean and beautiful ,and also like to study harder at their beautiful school. 四 教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)

Superlatives with –(i)est, the most
Irregular comparisons good, better, the best, bad, worse, the worst The superlative degree of adjectives.
2.Difficult points:
The writing practice of using the superlative forms of the adjectives and adverbs. 五 教學(xué)步驟
Step 1 Warm up

1) T:Our city has changed a lot.There are so many big and beautiful parks in our Yinchuan.
Do you know Zhongshan Park?
2) Show some pictures of Zhongshan Park, and lead students to speak out the adjectives to
describe it.
3) Choose one group to read the words together.
4) Have students use these forms of superlative to describe Zhongshan Park.
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:以學(xué)生熟悉的中山公園導(dǎo)入這節(jié)課,營(yíng)造輕松愉悅的氣氛,喚起學(xué)生的興趣,使學(xué)生保持一種積極的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài),很自然的復(fù)習(xí)前面學(xué)過的形容詞,讓學(xué)生很快融入到學(xué)英語的課堂中來。同時(shí)練習(xí)學(xué)生的發(fā)散思維。
Step 2 Revision
1) Write down the superlative forms of the adjectives and adverbs, crowded, creative, good,
fast, quietly.
2) Ask one student to show the answers and read for class.
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:復(fù)習(xí)這些形容詞和副詞的最高級(jí),確保學(xué)生能夠掌握正確的書寫形式和
正確的發(fā)音。 Step 3Reading
1)Read the article about the Greenwood Park and fill in the blanks with the correct
superlative forms of the adjectives and adverbs.
2) Check out the answers by readingthe sentences one by one. 3) Ask students to read the article in groups and show out the readings.
4)Give students questions to check the students understanding of the article ,and have students look at the structure of the article.
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過閱讀文章填詞,來檢查學(xué)生對(duì)文章的理解以及對(duì)詞匯(形容詞和副詞的最高級(jí))在文章中的恰當(dāng)使用;讓學(xué)生回答問題進(jìn)一步檢查學(xué)生對(duì)文章的深層理解。讓學(xué)生觀察文章的布局來復(fù)習(xí)文章的結(jié)構(gòu)有三部分:開始,正文,結(jié)束語,提醒學(xué)生在寫作時(shí)要考慮布局謀篇。 Step 4 Discussion
1)Have students watch the small video of Lantai Cinema,use pictures to lead students to
talk about Lantai Cinema .
2)Give students some pictures to talk about their schools .

設(shè)計(jì)意圖:讓學(xué)生通過觀看小視頻,同時(shí)通過讓學(xué)生觀察圖片和談?wù)搱D片,來訓(xùn)練
學(xué)生的發(fā)散思維,正確使用形容詞和副詞的最高級(jí),以及比較級(jí)來描述事物,對(duì)事物進(jìn)行比較,由單詞變換到句子的使用,并且注意使用本單元的主要句型,充分地調(diào)動(dòng)了學(xué)生的積極性,為接下來的寫作做鋪墊。 Step 5 Writing
1) Ask students to write down the writings they have just talked about.
2) When they begin to write,pay attention to the structure,the main sentence structure. 3) The teacher walk around and give helps to students.
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:通過剛才學(xué)生小組的討論,來訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的寫作能力。提醒學(xué)生注意使用正
確的形容詞和副詞的最高級(jí)以及本單元的主要句型,還有文章的布局謀篇。促使學(xué)生在討論過程中學(xué)會(huì)細(xì)心觀察,鞏固了本節(jié)課的重點(diǎn) Step 6 Groupwork
1) Ask students to choose one piece of writing to correct and give comments. 2) Ask several groups to show their correction and comments to the class.
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:在學(xué)生寫作結(jié)束后,每小組選一位同學(xué)的作文進(jìn)行修改并給出恰當(dāng)?shù)脑u(píng)價(jià),
然后讓學(xué)生上臺(tái)用投影展示他們對(duì)作文的修改以及互評(píng)。這樣的活動(dòng)既可以培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的合作意識(shí),又能在修改中體會(huì)提高自己寫作的樂趣,增強(qiáng)他們的自信心,變被動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)為主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí),從而突破了難點(diǎn)。
Step 7 Conclusion
Students know they can keep their school and city clean and beautiful ,and also like to
study harder at their beautiful school.
設(shè)計(jì)意圖:引導(dǎo)學(xué)生,達(dá)到德育的提升,保持我們自己學(xué)校和我們生活的城市干凈和美麗,并愿意在這樣美麗的校園而更加努力學(xué)習(xí)。
Step8 Homework
Finish the writing , try to make it perfect. 設(shè)計(jì)意圖:拓展強(qiáng)化,增強(qiáng)語言的實(shí)用性。 六 板書設(shè)計(jì):
