一． 設計思路
由故事引入，幫助獨角獸尋找食物是本課的主線。讓學生明確需完成的任務：find, spell and read。通過這三個任務的完成，學生能掌握字母u的發(fā)音規(guī)律，并達成從詞到句，最終能誦讀或表演文本的目標。整堂課中多次進行小組活動，培養(yǎng)學生的團隊合作意識，互幫互助，共同提高。完成任務的過程中，通過肢體語言和輔助道具提高學生閱讀的興趣，讓他們真正體會到閱讀的意義和無窮的樂趣。
二． 教材依據：
本課時教學是依據人教版四年級上期Unit 4Let’s spell.中u_e的教學內容拓展而成。學生已經在三年級學習過字母u在閉音節(jié)中的發(fā)音，所以本課時通過故事引入，旨在讓學生對_u_和u_e兩種發(fā)音規(guī)律進行對比區(qū)分，從而掌握基本的自然拼讀技巧。
三． 學情分析
按照學生的知識學習發(fā)展，融僑人民小學的學生已經有了一定的英語拼讀學習基礎，具備了一定的英語詞匯量以及英語學習技巧。就年齡而言，四年級的學生活潑、好動，喜歡直觀且有樂趣的東西。本課從故事入手，以幫助獨角獸尋找食物這條任務主線貫穿整堂課，可以很好的激發(fā)學生的學習熱情,感受閱讀帶來的樂趣和成就感。
四.教學目標
1.語言知識技能目標：能區(qū)分_u_和u_e中字母u的正確發(fā)音；能正確拼讀包含字母u的單詞，如cute, cup, use„ 2.學習策略目標：能正確誦讀故事，并表演故事。
3.情感價值目標：培養(yǎng)團隊意識；通過閱讀方法的訓練，養(yǎng)成 熱愛閱讀，終身閱讀的良好習慣。 五.教學重、難點
1.教學重點：字母u在單詞中的正確發(fā)音。 2.教學難點：表演故事；朗讀故事。 六.教學方法
1.活動教學法：給每個小組提供字母詞卡，讓學生自由組合，并拼讀出單詞。通過活動，讓學生進一步認識_u_和u_e的發(fā)音區(qū)別，創(chuàng)造出更多的詞匯，發(fā)掘學生的拼詞讀詞技能。
2.合作學習法：通過小組活動，給學生提供互相學習的條件和機會。在語言輸出環(huán)節(jié)，以小組方式呈現(xiàn)，提高團隊協(xié)作能力的同時，也能享受合作帶來的樂趣和榮譽感。 七.教學準備 多媒體課件；
單詞卡片：cute, hunts, lunch, dune, June, yum，unicorn lunch； 獎勵圖卡：角，cheese, lemon, candy, dune(詞)，dune(圖) 若干 彩色拼讀詞卡：按班級人數分組準備+教師用 繪本：45
八.教學過程 (一)Warmer.
1.（“瘋狂動物城”電影片段引入動物話題，教師說明今天要談論的
也是動物。通過對unicorn外形的描述引發(fā)學生的猜想， PPT呈現(xiàn)一個horn，最終引出完整的unicorn圖形。）
T: Hello, boys and girls. Nice to see you. Do you like animals?Let’s watch a wonderful film about animals. （播放電影片段）
T：Do you like these animals? Me, too. These animals are cute,great and amazing. I have an amazing animal, too. She’s cute. She is tall and strong. She has four legs and a long tail. She can run. Guess,who is she?(引發(fā)學生猜想，并請生回答)
T：And she’s got a horn. Look!（PPT呈現(xiàn)）
師出示一個角的道具，拿在手上練習horn 的發(fā)音，并將道具貼在黑板上課題的左邊。 T: (指著PPT)Who’s she? Ss: She is a „
T: Yes, you are so smart.(PPT呈現(xiàn)一個完整的獨角獸)
2.(通過horn和unit分解出音節(jié)orn 和uni, 并啟發(fā)學生自主拼讀出unicorn這個詞。)
T: Let’s try to read.(利用課件讀出unicorn)
Who can read?(請S1讀詞，并教全班)Follow him\her. T: This unicorn is a girl, I like her, do you like her?
Ss:Yes.\Sure. (二) Presentation 1.Lead in.
（通過與unicorn對話，知道她很餓，我們要闖過三個關幫助她獲得食物。在這個過程中，老師會給每個組獎勵小圖卡，最后得到小圖卡最多的小組獲勝）
T: Let’s say hello to unicorn.(課件出現(xiàn)unicorn及對話)
T: Oh, she is hungry, what can we do? Let’s help her. (課件出現(xiàn)任務地圖) Unicorn wants to get the cheese hill, lemon lake and candy house, so you must find, spell and read something for her, can you? Ss: Yes!
T: I also have some wonderful gifts for you.(指著黑板上已經貼好的食物等卡片)The group which get more pictures, he will be the winner. 2.Activity 1: I can find.
（聽音圈出繪本中包含_u_和u_e的單詞；在check的同時，通過肢體語言或者道具，對繪本中的六個核心詞進行意義操練；然后，通過已經學過的舊知，分解出音節(jié)，學生自主拼讀出六個核心詞）
T: Let’s go! Step 1, find. Please listen and circle the words which contain _u_ and u_e.

聽音，檢查學生圈詞是否準確。(獎勵)
每個句子中出現(xiàn)的新詞進行單獨的意義操練：cute, hunts, lunch, dune, June, yum.

3.Activity 2: I can spell.
（第二關，學生小組活動，用字母卡自由拼詞，通過動手及合作學習熟練掌握字母u的發(fā)音。開音節(jié)詞和閉音節(jié)詞教師各示范一個，并貼詞在黑板上。小組活動后，請生到講臺來貼詞，并請其他學生讀）
T: Let’s go on! Step 2, spell. Let’s make new words together. 師出示拼讀詞卡,示范2個開音節(jié)，2個閉音節(jié)。（并排貼在黑板上） T: Let’s play in groups.(課件出示tips) 小組活動
T: Now, let’s see the words you made . Who will try? 請兩名或三名學生貼詞，并請其他同學來讀或全班讀。 獎勵
T: Well done, oh, you can spell. Unicorn gets a lemon lake.(課件出示任務地圖，點亮第二個圖標) 4.Activity 3: I can read.
（最后一關，學生要會讀。首先，要用肢體語言把繪本unicorn lunch關鍵詞表達出來。教師在聽讀環(huán)節(jié)啟發(fā)學生用各種體態(tài)或者道具來表現(xiàn)繪本故事。然后，自主拼讀小故事Fun in June，實現(xiàn)拼讀為閱讀服務的理念）
T: Well, the last one, Step 3，read. Let’s go back to the story “unicorn lunch”. Listen and read.
聽音跟讀，板書，動作示范，請生表演。 T: OK, let’s act in groups.(課件出示tips) 小組活動—展示
T: You are so cute and some of you are great actors. Well, Ms Jing prepares some more words for you. (ppt出現(xiàn)小故事中包含字母u的詞，并配圖提示含義：jump, hum, tune, tube, cube) T：OK, try to read the new story together, it's about June. PPT呈現(xiàn)故事，學生齊讀。
文本:It's hot in June,but you can have fun.
In June, rest on a dune and hum tune. In June, jump in and drift on a tube. You can go on a hike in June.

T: Congratulations! You can read now! (課件點亮第三個圖標)
