[課題] 譯林小學(xué)英語五上 unit7 “At weekends” story time 第一課時 [教材簡解]
本課主要圍繞周末活動這一話題展開,旨在通過此話題的討論,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生珍惜時光。重點學(xué)習(xí)涉及周末活動的相關(guān)句型和短語。在教學(xué)中,教師可充分利用四下Unit2 After school和五上Unit4 Hobbies的已學(xué)舊知開展學(xué)習(xí)活動。利用圖片、體態(tài)語言,創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生理解和運用所學(xué)的句型及詞匯,使教學(xué)內(nèi)容與學(xué)生生活緊密結(jié)合,提高學(xué)生實際運用語言的能力。 [教學(xué)目標]
1. Students will be able to new words“at weekends, grandparents, play with, very much, chat, Internet, go to the cinema” and sentence pattern“What do you do at weekends? I always\usually\often\sometimes . . .”
2. Students will be able to improve their abilities of listening and speaking and develop their sense of cooperation.
3. Students will be able to set a correct sense of valuing time. [重點、難點]
1. To master the new sentence patterns and words about weekend activities.
2. To read the Story time fluently and act it out. [設(shè)計理念]
根據(jù)英語新課程標準,讓學(xué)生在真實的情境中學(xué)習(xí)、理解和運用語言。本課教學(xué)設(shè)計采用以下幾種方法:情景教學(xué)法、任務(wù)型教學(xué)法、直觀教學(xué)法、交際法、多媒體教學(xué)法。在會話教學(xué)中采用豐富的表情和適當?shù)氖謩荩膭顚W(xué)生大聲說,說清楚,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生口頭表達能力。在小組合作中鼓勵學(xué)生大膽的說,及時得到糾正,增強了學(xué)生的自信心,激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,使學(xué)生學(xué)會與他人合作。本課以“周末活動”為教學(xué)切入口,對日常生活中學(xué)生感興趣的活動展開延伸,使學(xué)生積極參與實踐,學(xué)習(xí)和運用英語。 [設(shè)計思路]
由看小視頻切入,從興趣入手,帶著學(xué)生邊看邊聽,激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)熱情,創(chuàng)設(shè)良好的英語學(xué)習(xí)氛圍,為課文學(xué)習(xí)作鋪墊。由談?wù)撏鈬∨笥阎苣┗顒诱归_本課話題,引入到新知識的學(xué)習(xí)中。從而把所學(xué)的語言運用到實際的任務(wù)中去。使學(xué)生學(xué)會綜合運用語言的能力和樹立正確的價值觀。 [教學(xué)過程]
Step 1 Warming-up
1.Watch a flash which shows what foreign children do at weekends. What do they talk about? How are their weekends?
2.Have a look at the goals for this lesson
[設(shè)計意圖:通過觀看視頻,既能活躍課堂氣氛,調(diào)動學(xué)生的積極性,又能很好地導(dǎo)入課題At weekends及本節(jié)課所需掌握的重點。] Step 2 Presentation and drill
1. Look, say and read
T: Look at these pictures and every picture say one phrase. (show Ss nine pictures )
[設(shè)計意圖:通過觀看圖片說詞組,檢查的預(yù)習(xí)情況,并進一步讓學(xué)生了解本節(jié)課要學(xué)到的知識點。]
2. Listen, repeat and match
T: Listen to the tape and choose the correct words then match them. 1. always 2. usually 3. often 4. sometimes
[設(shè)計意圖:通過聽,讓學(xué)生初步感受新單詞。]
3. Look and say
T: Here’s a picture in which there are four activities, please say one adverb of frequency below it.

4. Guess and check Ask two students to dub the dialogue before class, now let others guess who they are and point out the advantages and disadvantages.

5. Skim and underline
T: Now skim the text and underline the phrases. What does Mike do at weekends?
