Learning aims 知識目標(biāo) 
1. 詞匯：spell, please等。 
2. 句型： -- Spell it, please. / How do you spell it?/ Can you spell it? -- K-E-Y, key. 能力目標(biāo) 
能夠熟練運(yùn)用所學(xué)句型，辨認(rèn)物品和拼寫單詞。 Difficulties ： 
1. 拼寫單詞的相關(guān)句型 
2. 字母i, o在開音節(jié)和閉音節(jié)中的讀音規(guī)則 Teaching steps  Step 1.Warming-up 
Game: Magical box： Get one of the student choose one picture or real object in the box, he only can use his body language, let the others guess what it is. Using:—What’s this in English?—Is it a/an…?—Yes / No.  
【教學(xué)設(shè)計說明】在游戲中復(fù)習(xí)：What’s this? It’s a / an.... 句型 （強(qiáng)調(diào)a / an的用法）       學(xué)生們在充滿趣味性的情境中一遍遍加深對所學(xué)句型的記憶。游戲豐富了學(xué)生的想象力，有效激活學(xué)生的探究欲望，符合學(xué)生的心理特點(diǎn)。 Step2  listening  practice （3a, 3b） 
Play the recording for the first time. Students listen and number the pictures; Play the recording for the second time，let them Complete the words under the pictures. Finally ask students to read them aloud. 
【教學(xué)設(shè)計說明】第一步按照圖片提示來做，難度不大，訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的注意力，留下一種總體印象；第二遍難度加大，訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的反應(yīng)度，兩遍有層次的聽力練習(xí)為后面單元的聽力練習(xí)養(yǎng)成良好的聽力習(xí)慣打下基礎(chǔ)。最后要求同學(xué)們讀單詞并強(qiáng)調(diào)a / an的用法. 在訓(xùn)練學(xué)生聽的能力的同時，引出下面活動中的句型，自然的過渡到下個環(huán)節(jié)。 
 
                    
             
                    
                              
Step 3. pairwork 
    (1) Listen and get the students to repeat the conversations。 
    (2) 教師與學(xué)生配合示范編對話。在示范中引導(dǎo)講解拼寫單詞句型。 （3）學(xué)生與同伴仿照編隊(duì)話，并且小組起立進(jìn)行對話表演。 
【教學(xué)設(shè)計說明】這個活動學(xué)生先聽后說，先讓學(xué)生感知，產(chǎn)生疑問然后講解再配合練習(xí)，符合學(xué)習(xí)規(guī)律，幫助同學(xué)們在思考中學(xué)習(xí)。  
Step4 Groupwork： Talk about the students’ bedroom. Ask and answer in group. Encourage them to use new words. 
（1） Talk about the things in the picture of 3e. （2） Drew a simple picture of your own bedroom. 
（3） Talk about it using –What’s this in English? --It’s… —spell it, please.  —… （4） Show the picture and act the conversation to the class.
