— He/She Is playing basketball 2) 能用所學的知識描述天氣情況。 3）描述正在發生的動作。 教學重點：
1) The vocabulary and useful expressions. 2) —How’s the weather? What’s the weather like?
—It's raining/ windy. 3) —What are you doing?
—I'm playing basketball.
教學難點：運用目標語言來對天氣進行問答，并且會問答其他人正在進行的活動。 教學方法：
1、交際法。 2、活動教學法。

引入新課。
Presentation
1. (Show some pictures of the weather and places.)
學習新詞匯。

Let Ss look at the pictures and ask them how the weather is in a place..
Ss learn the new words and expressions with the help of the pictures.
2. Pair work Show some pictures of places and ask students to work in pairs to ask the weather in the places.()
3. Look at the pictures in 1a. Then read the new words on the right. Ask the Ss to match the words with pictures. (完成1a)

We’ll hear four conversations. Listen carefully, point out each city in the picture as it comes upon the tape. Play the recording a second time. Ask Ss to write the name of the city in the picture of its weather.
