Argumentative writing寫作課教學(xué)反思
高一英語組:陳格鋒
本節(jié)課是是針對目前熱門話題——智能手機(jī)的利弊而設(shè)計的辯論報告寫作課。目的是讓學(xué)生辯證地思考智能手機(jī)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)給人類生活學(xué)習(xí)帶來的影響,并能夠在本節(jié)課的指導(dǎo)下寫好辯論報告這類作文。在全體英語組同行的幫助指導(dǎo)下,幾經(jīng)打磨,本節(jié)課呈現(xiàn)的還是相當(dāng)流暢的。從導(dǎo)入-討論-陳述-寫前準(zhǔn)備-寫作-評價整個過程很順利,課上師生互動自然,課堂氣氛活躍,老師指導(dǎo)及時恰當(dāng),學(xué)生作文的展示及講評使得課堂生成很完整。不過,從本節(jié)課也反映出一些問題,值得日后教學(xué)思考和關(guān)注。
本節(jié)課我所預(yù)設(shè)的教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)是:學(xué)生如何正確恰當(dāng)?shù)剡\(yùn)用英語把自己的想法表達(dá)出來?學(xué)生如何在作文中整理呈現(xiàn)辯論結(jié)果?而事實也的確如此!學(xué)生其實在一分為二辯證地看待智能手機(jī)帶來的影響這個點(diǎn)上沒有什么問題,更何況還有圖片引導(dǎo),學(xué)生都能夠把智能手機(jī)的利弊總結(jié)的很好,很有條理,可是是漢語的!就如何把自己的想法用恰當(dāng)?shù)挠⑽谋磉_(dá)出來這一點(diǎn)難倒了很多同學(xué)。漢英的轉(zhuǎn)換成了學(xué)生最頭疼的難題!這其實牽扯到平時一點(diǎn)一滴的積累、學(xué)生的閱讀量和練習(xí)。學(xué)生能想到的漢語很書面很高雅,就極力地想把它轉(zhuǎn)換成很對等,同樣顯得很高層次的英文,而自己的詞匯量和英語水平遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)達(dá)不到那樣的高度,所以反倒不會說話了。認(rèn)為自己不會表達(dá)就更不敢張口,不敢張口就越自卑,從而形成惡性循環(huán)!其實部分學(xué)生是疏忽了老師平日的引導(dǎo)——在漢英轉(zhuǎn)換上,高中學(xué)生只要做到意譯就可以了,切不可因追求完美而對簡單常用的表達(dá)嗤之以鼻!在以后的教學(xué)中,一定要糾正部分學(xué)生的這種偏激的認(rèn)識。要讓學(xué)生懂得,我們在學(xué)一門外語,交流是最主要的目的。在英語這門語言的學(xué)習(xí)中,我們才處在初級階段,切勿眼高手低!踏踏實實,認(rèn)認(rèn)真真地去模仿、造句、練習(xí),不可越過基礎(chǔ)一味逐難!
學(xué)生呈現(xiàn)的作文中還反映了另外一個問題:部分學(xué)生缺乏邏輯性。這也跟我平時在組織小組活動時指導(dǎo)不到位有關(guān)。學(xué)生在辯論陳述的時候列出了大約各六七條的關(guān)于智能手機(jī)的利弊,這就導(dǎo)致一部分學(xué)生在作文中呈現(xiàn)辯論結(jié)果時很迷茫很抓瞎!有些同學(xué)就用連接詞把列在黑板上的要點(diǎn)全部連起來放在第二段,又有的同學(xué)挑了幾條寫進(jìn)去,但每一條之間很突兀,很生硬。這就提醒我在以后的教學(xué)活動中,多注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生歸納整理信息的能力!
通過這一節(jié)課打磨和呈現(xiàn),我發(fā)現(xiàn)了自己在教學(xué)上的一些缺陷,更清楚地掌握了學(xué)生在寫作上的瓶頸所在,相信通過不斷地思考,訓(xùn)練,探究,我個人和學(xué)生都會有很大的進(jìn)步!
