一、教學內容分析
本節為讀寫課,選取的短文內容為新目標人教版八年級英語上Unit 8 How do you make a banana milk shake? Section B 3a 的閱讀短文。本課時以探討《Yunnan Rice Noodles》這篇食譜的寫作特點進行閱讀,并以此為寫作范例,進一步開展寫作教學。 二、整體教學思路設計
1、閱讀部分, 讀前活動通過復習如何制作火雞宴,以及用來描述表示食物制作過程的副詞First,…Next,… Then,… Finally,…和部
分動詞短語,來激活學生已有知識;讀中活動以skimming和careful reading等閱讀策略引導學生有層次地閱讀,即先讓學生以
skimming的方式整體感知文章主要內容,后以careful reading的方式讓學生對短文的細節有深入的了解并熟悉食譜的寫作特點;讀后活動以對話形式讓學生對食物的大致制作過程有深入的認識,為食譜的寫作做鋪墊。
2、寫作部分, 寫前通過復習火雞宴的制作過程并對《Yunnan Rice Noodles》食譜的寫作特點進行分析,學生對如何寫一篇食譜已經有了深入的認識,但是不同的食物所需的配料不同,有些食物及其配料的英文學生不知如何表達,所以課前安排調查家鄉(儋州)美食及其制作過程,并查找相關配料的英文表達。最后模仿《Yunnan Rice Noodles》食譜的寫作特點進行寫作。在寫的過程中,讓學生先在小組內交流討論,后邀請3個組的學生(2個人)上黑板寫,其他人在組內寫,最后進行自評和互評。 三、教學目標:
(一)Knowledge and ability objects:
1. To be able to analyze the passage structure and describe how to make Yunnan rice noodles by simming and careful reading. 2. To be able to write a recipe for your favorite food after reading the text.

To be able to learn about cooking and try to cook in the daily life. 四、教學重點、難點 (一) Teaching key points:
1、To be able to analyze the passage about a recipe 《Yunnan Rice Noodles》 using the reading skills(skimming、careful reading) and know about how to write a recipe.
2、To be able to write a recipe after reading the passage《Yunnan Rice Noodles》 . (二)Teaching difficult point:
