cannot give prizes to everyone.
The photo which we liked best in the City and People group was taken by Zhao Min.

播放照片視頻導(dǎo)入“photos”這個(gè)話題。 Step2. Warming up
Show two photos taken by the teacher and ask students: Which subject should I take to enter a photo competition? Show the four subjects:
* City and People * Music
* Home and Away * Nature
Present another photo on the book to lead in the title of this unit: Unit 2 The photo which we liked best was taken by Zhao Min.
Step3.Fast reading
1.Let students read and find out which structure(結(jié)構(gòu)) is better for the passage.
2. Read and match the paragraphs with the main ideas.
Step4. Careful reading.
1. Let students read Part2 and fill in the table.
2.Play the flash of the text and ask students to watch it carefully in order that they are familiar with the content.
3.Ask students to retell the information like this: The photo which won the prize for the subject Nature/…was taken by … The photo shows … Step5.After reading
Discuss with students:How to describe a photo? 1.What is the subject? 2.Where was it taken? 3.What does it show? 4.Why do you like it?
Tell them to remember the four aspects while describing a photo. Step6. Writing.
Show students six photos and tell them to choose one and write a description.
There will be a photo competition.Please choose your favourite photo and describe it.
