教學(xué)設(shè)計
1. 教材內(nèi)容分析。
Module 8 以“畢業(yè)”為話題,展示了一篇在畢業(yè)典禮上的演講稿,具有鮮明的演講詞的特點。Unit 2 是一個以讀、寫技能訓(xùn)練為主的課型。教學(xué)中應(yīng)特別重視教學(xué)活動的設(shè)計,本堂課以畢業(yè)為主題,因此結(jié)合教材內(nèi)容特點設(shè)計多個移情活動,讓學(xué)生交流感受,回顧以往,展望未來,活動設(shè)計突顯真實性。 2. 學(xué)情分析。
九年級的學(xué)生經(jīng)過長時間的英語學(xué)習(xí),積累了一些基礎(chǔ)的詞匯和句型,另外,本模塊的語言點對學(xué)生來說不是很難,話題接近生活,學(xué)生對“畢業(yè)典禮”非常感興趣,也想借這個平臺表達(dá)自己,有著強(qiáng)烈的表達(dá)欲望,因此大多數(shù)學(xué)生能夠積極參與到學(xué)習(xí)活動中來。 3. 教學(xué)目標(biāo)。 3.1 知識與技能: a. Key vocabulary
laugh at, kindness, give up, try one’s best, disappionted, not only„but also b. Key sentences
These roses are to thank three groups of people for the three most important things that I have learnt.
I give the white rose to my teachers, who have taught me that there is no
success without effort.
“ You only really lose if you give up!”
„ I still can’t run fast enough , but I’ve learnt to my best, not only with running but with whatever else I do . 3.2 過程與方法:
Enable the students to learn the ways of making a speech. Enable students to write a speech at a school leavers’party.
3.3 情感態(tài)度與價值觀:培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的感恩之情,能夠表達(dá)對他人的謝意。
4. 教學(xué)重點與難點。 4.1 Important points :
To learn some expressions in the passage.
To use of “give up, try one’s best, not only …but also”. 4.2 Difficult points : To retell the speech . To write a simple speech . 5. 教學(xué)環(huán)境及資源準(zhǔn)備。

本課為讀寫課,根據(jù)教材分析,學(xué)情分析和教學(xué)目標(biāo),本課的教學(xué)主要以情境教學(xué)法、任務(wù)型教學(xué)法為主,以試聽教學(xué)法、互動教學(xué)法為輔,充分利用各種媒體資源輔助教學(xué),增加教學(xué)的直觀性和趣味
性。從學(xué)生聆聽畢業(yè)歌到自然過渡到 free talk 作為導(dǎo)入。通過觀看視頻,小組合作,復(fù)述演講詞,簡寫演講稿,畢業(yè)留言一系列師生互動和生生互動等活動方式,學(xué)生產(chǎn)生由觀察、傾聽、理解到運用的變化,從而內(nèi)化語言知識和技能,促進(jìn)教學(xué)目標(biāo)的達(dá)成。 7. 教學(xué)過程。 7.1 第一學(xué)時 7.1.1 板書設(shè)計

Step 1 . Lead -in ( 5 mins )
1. Play a music, enjoy a song and talk about the photos, ask and answer. ( 3 mins) (播放畢業(yè)歌) T: Do you like music ? ( Yes. )
Listen , can you tell me what the name of the song is ? Ss: …(Graduation song )
T: Look at my photos .(出示畢業(yè)典禮照片)Guess, What are the photos about ?
Ss: It is about “graduation ” / “school-leavers’ party” . ( 出示單詞照片: graduation , school-leavers’ party )
(使用白板資源音標(biāo)詞典功能:“graduation”,學(xué)生跟讀 ) 2. Let students look at the pictures and ask students to answer questions . ( 2 mins )
1) How many days are left before you leave school ?
(出示中考倒計時圖片)
2) Will you have a school-leavers’ party ? 3) What will you say at the party ?
T: Good answers. Now, there is a girl making a speech at the school- leavers’ party. Let’s see what she speaks.(點擊超鏈接flash) Step 2. Pre-reading. ( 6 mins )
Ask students to watch flash and then answer the questions . (flash 3 mins) (播放單機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)版教學(xué)光盤,學(xué)生邊觀看視頻,邊聽課文讀音) Q1 : Choose words to describe the speech. (使用工具欄魔法棒的桃心)

She gives the red rose to her , she gives the white rose to her , she gives the yellow rose to her . Step 3 . While reading. ( 15 mins )
Let students read the passage and finish the following tasks.( 3 mins) Task 1 : Fast reading: fill in the blanks. ( 2 mins)
Say the three things the speaker has learnt, what the speaker has learnt from each group of people.

Yellow roses
The three things are , , . ( 邊說邊出示答案,然后向右拖動幕布,接著回答問題)
What does she learn from her friends ?
What does she learn from her teachers ? What does she learn from her parents ?
(邊說邊出示答案,最后撤銷幕布)
Task 2: Skimming: choose the main idea for each paragraph. ( 2 mins) (Ways: 1. Don’t try to read every word.
2. Look through the text quickly to get the main idea. ) a: the reason why she thanks teachers.
b: to call on everyone to say thanks. c: to be proud to give the speech. d: the reason why she thanks parents. e: the reason why she thanks friends.
f: to thank three groups of people. Task 3: Careful reading. Translate the sentences one paragraph by one paragraph, then explain the difficult points, and make sentences with them .( 8 mins)
(小組合作進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí),翻譯課文,互相討論課文重難點,發(fā)揮自主能動性,培養(yǎng)合作能力,難點由老師進(jìn)行解答,并板書在黑板上) (出示計時器倒計時3分鐘) Step 4: Retell the story. (6 mins)

1. Show an invitation of school-leavers’ party . T: Do you want to attend a school-leavers’ party ? Would you like to make a speech at the party ?
Next month we will have a school- leavers’ party. One of you will be chosen to be the speaker. Now , talk about if you are chosen, what will you say at your school-leavers’ party ?
Think over the following questions,begin with “Dear my teacher\ mother\ father\ classmates\friends „”
Questions : How will you feel at the school-leavers’ party ? What are you going to show for your teacher\ parents„?
Lead-in 導(dǎo)入 (para 1)
Three “thanks” (para 2 , para 3, para 4, para 5)
to friends (致朋友) to teachers(致老師) to parents(致父母) Conclusion 總結(jié) (para 6)

Step 6: Giving a blessing. (2 mins) (放音樂 “I believe I can fly ” .) 1. T: I’m glad to see your good job ! At last, I want to say that
Graduation is coming ! I will give you some words: I hope you will win ! I am sure you will win ! I believe !
(教師把這兩句祝福手寫到屏幕中的留言冊圖片中) 2. Let’s say together: “I hope I will win ! I am sure I will win !” (學(xué)生一起為自己祝福。)
