教材分析The analysis of the content
This class introduces 3 ancient Chinese philosophers. Meanwhile, the text provides a chance to learn about culture combining historical knowledge. Students will have a general learning about ancient Chinese philosophers and their philosophical ideas. 教學目標 Teaching aims 1. Knowledge and skills
1) Introduce great people from ancient China 2) Make students know how to describe people.
3) Make sure students use simple English to introduce a certain people.

Train students’ speaking ability through individual and pair work. 3. feelings and values
Encourage students to learn about great people from ancient china and in return it is of great help to their values. 4. 教學重點
Encourage students to say more about philosophers of ancient china and tell some Confucius’ ideas using their own words. 5. 教學難點
Describe the philosophers’ ideas 6. 教學方法
Individual work or pair work to get every student to patriate in the Activity.
