樹立正確的審美觀,滲透不能以貌取人的觀念。 【教學重點】
1. 學生熟練聽、說、認讀、寫本單元描述外貌和品質特征的形容詞。 2. 學生掌握本單元的重點句型。 【教學難點】
1. 學生能在語境中準確詢問和回答關于人物外貌和品質特征的問題。 2. 學生能扮演Story time。 【教學方法】
任務型教學法、合作教學法、交際法、游戲教學法。 【課前準備】
單詞卡片、頭飾、圖片、多媒體PPT。 【課時安排】 1個課時 【教學過程】
一、Warming up and Revision
1. Greetings. (師生間進行簡單的英語問候。) T: Hello, boys and girls! Ss: Hi, Miss Chen! T: How are you? S1: Good. And you? T: I’m fine. Thank you!
同樣的方式和幾個學生打招呼。 T:What’s day is it today? Ss: It’s …
T:Are you ready for English class? Ss: Yes. 2. Revision.
Play a game: look and say. T shows the words quickly, let students stand up and say them quickly.教師利用PPT幫助學生復習已學習過的單詞。 3. Let’s sing.
T:You did a good job. Now let’s enjoy a sweet song. Please clap your hands. And try to sing
after it.教師放歌曲 “Who’s your teacher?”師生一起演唱。 4. Free talk.
教師和學生間對話:
T: OK. Can you tell me who’s your English at school? Ss: Miss Cheng.
T:What about your Chinese teacher? Ss: Mrs Wang. T: What’s she like? Ss: She’s ...
T:Is she strict/kind/beautiful…? Ss: Yes, she is./No, she isn’t.
學生根據實際情況回答。 二、Presentation
1. The teacher takes out a bag. T:Look, I have a bag, what’s in it? Ha, It’s a football. Do you like playing football? Some of you like playing it , but some of you don’t. 2. Let’s guess
T: Today there are two old friends in our story. They like playing football, too. Can you guess who they are? Ss: Zoom and Zip. T: What’s Zoom like? What’s Zip like? Ss: He’s… 4. Look, listen and answer.
教師出示Story time插圖,讓學生說說圖片的內容。
T: One day, Zoom and Zip are playing football after school. Let’s look, listen and answer. Q1: What other animals can you see? Can you describe them? Q2: What are talking about? Listen and answer Ss: They are talking about their PE teacher. 5. Think and find out , then role play
T: What do you think of the PE teacher? What’ s he like? What does Zoom think of his new teacher? Listen and find out. 學生先猜測,再觀看圖片1-2動畫.
Use word card to learn new word : only .Only means Zip doesn’t know other things about his new teacher.
Use card to learn new phrases: must be. Must be means Zoom thinks he is sure about the fact that the new teacher is tall and strong. So we should read it with a affirmative tone, ok? 2 groups act as Zip,2 groups act as Zoom. 6. Answer a question, then act it out
T: We know that our PE teacher and their teacher are good football players. Is Zoom a good football player, too? How do we know? Because he missed the ball. He didn’t catch it. Use word cards to read. Ask 2 Ss use a real ball to play:1 student shoot, the other one try to catch it. 7. Guess and role play
Another animal is coming .He wants to play football , too. Who is he ? What’s he like? 2 groups act as Zoom , 2 groups act as Zip. 8. Watch and answer
播放Story time動畫。讓學生整體感知對話內容并回答 Q1: Can the rabbit play football? Q2: How many goals does he score? Q3: Who is he? 三、Practice 1. Listen and imitate.
2. Game: I’m a good voice actor. Let’s try to dub after the video. Watch the video and dub.
3.4 students a group . Role play the story together. 4.Show time.
5.Let’s retell the story. T:Please look at the blackboard and the screen, try to retell the story.
四.Emotional education
T: From this story, we know that this rabbit is short and thin, but he is a good football player. Ma Yun is thin , but he is a successful businessman .Deng Yaping is short, but she is a good ping-pong player. So we can’t judge from appearance. 五、Homework
1. Read the story loudly and tell it to others. 2.Try to read other story.
