教學目標
1. Target language 目標語言:
expressions describing a place 掌握描述地點的詞匯與表達
比如:nature reserve, vary from … to …, height, be home to
2. Ability goal 能力目標
Enable the students to appreciate a passage according to its writing style, structure and expressions, and to use the expressions to describe a tourist attraction. Cultivate the students’ sense of the logic in describing a place, as well as the skills in finding the needed information. Develop an awareness of cooperating with others, through which strategy they will do the task together and finish the writing.
讓學生從文章的寫作風格,篇章結構以及語言表達三方面學習該文章,并掌握其中漂亮的描述地點的表達,掌握描述一個旅游景點的能力。培養學生在描述地點時的邏輯思維,以及尋找所需信息的技巧;同時培養學生合作學習的意識,通過合作完成任務的方式獲取相關的寫作信息,從而完成寫作任務。
2學情分析
學生經過高一高二兩個學年的學習,已具備較豐富的詞匯量,掌握基本的句型表達,能比較沒有障礙地閱讀一篇文章,相對熟練地表達自己的想法,并形成書面語言,但是,本單元自然環境的話題,對于學生來說依然是一個相當挑戰的話題,無論是詞匯、句式,都是對學生提出較高的要求,因而也更需要老師在信息輸入與語言輸出的組織安排上進行更為精心到位的處理。
3重點難點
選修六中的閱讀與寫作部分中,閱讀是一篇介紹長白山的天池這個景點的文章,介紹了天池的地理位置、自然環境和景觀,以及相關的傳說,同時引入了景點相關的詞匯表達,是一篇典型的信息輸入載體。根據課程目標對于信息處理的闡述,寫作是輸出的過程,該課以閱讀與寫作相結合,讓學生通過閱讀后,模仿課文的表達,根據所提供的信息卡資料,合作完成一篇關于景點的介紹。
該課時的話題為:Write a similar description of another tourist attraction.
