Can use “be supposed/ expected to do” correctly.
Steps
Step one: Greeting
To greet as usual.
Step Two: Representation
1. To lead-in by playing a video about Chinese volleyball match in Rio, 2016
and some questions to lead ss to speak out China, Brazil, The USA, Korea and India, then T show them the related people of those countries. 2. What are you supposed to do when you meet … for the first time?
As we are all Chinese, so we know if we meet our volleyball team for the first time, we should=are supposed to shake hands.
For other countries greeting customs, I will invite ss to act out, then the other ss guessing what is he or she doing and which country has this customs. Then the ss will practice the sentence patterns together.
Step Three: Role play 2d
1. to set a scene: some foreigners are visiting our class, we are having a
welcome party for them. If you meet them for the first time, what are you supposed to do? How to greet them? Discuss in groups and role play. 2. T asks one or two groups to show in front of the room.
Step Four: Listening 2b.
Maria is an exchange student now in the USA, last night she had a dinner at her friend’s house, what happened? Listen and fill in the blanks.

整堂課的完成還是比較順利的。但在課的開(kāi)始,學(xué)生有一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)緊張,配合度不是很好。在老師的帶動(dòng)下,后半部分的配合比較好。但是在教授新學(xué)的國(guó)家與人時(shí),需要多一些手段多練習(xí)讀,做到會(huì)讀,能用。后來(lái)的擊鼓傳花(本想打破傳統(tǒng)的點(diǎn)名方式),有點(diǎn)耗時(shí),學(xué)生只沉浸在游戲本身,而忽略了老師“要求”的重點(diǎn)。最后的時(shí)候本來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)了小小的“彈性任務(wù)”,但由于自己的節(jié)奏
掌握的不是很好,沒(méi)有按計(jì)劃完成。最初計(jì)劃:上課老師走到后面,要求學(xué)生合上課本,向后轉(zhuǎn),(因?yàn)楹竺嬗新?tīng)課老師),面對(duì)聽(tīng)課老師,一起總結(jié)今天所學(xué)。然后才是完美的結(jié)束。
雖然有小小的瑕疵,但是這個(gè)努力和準(zhǔn)備的過(guò)程還是讓我學(xué)會(huì)了很多,收獲很多。每一次的努力都能督促自己不斷提升,不斷進(jìn)步。這個(gè)過(guò)程很重要。
