一、教學內容分析:
本單元的教學圍繞“衣物”這個主題展開,核心詞匯與句子呈現于主情景圖中孩子們的對話場景。本課時是這個單元的第二課時,教學主要內容是衣物類的六個新詞:clothes、hat、dress、shirt、skirt、pants,以及句型:I like this/that/these/those…的具體運用。本課時我將以與朋友一起舉行一場fashion show為主線展開教學,循序漸進呈現教學內容。
二、學情分析:
四年級的學生通過一年多的學習,已經具備一定的英語聽、說、讀、寫能力,學習英語的熱情較高。在之前的學習中,孩子們已經掌握了this、that、these、those四個指示代詞及部分顏色類的詞匯,并能準確使用句型:I like….因此,本課時的教學難度就降低了很多。另外,本課的內容與我們的日常生活緊密相關,同學們可以在真實的環境中表達對某件衣物的喜愛,進而做到學以致用。 三、教學目標:
1、學生能夠正確認讀并拼寫單詞:clothes、hat、dress、shirt、skirt、pants.
2、能正確運用句型:I like this/that/these/those….
3、能聽懂Let’s do的指令動語,并完成相應指令動作。 4、幫助學生養成自己的事情自己做的良好生活習慣,培養資源循環利用、樂于助人的品德。 四、教學重點:
1、學生能夠正確認讀并拼寫單詞:clothes、hat、dress、shirt、skirt、pants.
2、能正確運用句型:I like this/that/these/those…來表達自己對某件衣物的喜愛。 五、教學難點: 1、pants的拼讀與用法。
2、this、that、these、those在日常生活中的用法。 六、教學準備:
多媒體課件、實物、圖片、單詞卡、獎勵貼紙 七、教學過程: Step1: warm-up
1. Greeting with students. 2. Free talk:
T: What’s the weather like today? Ss: It’s warm and sunny.
T: Yes. Look! We can wear different clothes today. 3. Sing a song <Who is wearing yellow today?> T: Many colors in the song! What colour do you like?
S1: I like… Step2: Lead-in
T: I like all colorful things. Look! Some girls and colorful clothes! What are they doing? Let’s go and see! Enjoy a fashion show. Step3: Presentation
Come and join the fashion show! T: Do you like these beautiful clothes? Ss: Yes! 1. New word: hat T: What’s this? Ss: A cat.
T: It’s a fat cat. What’s on its head? Ss: Hat.
Teach new word with the picture.
T: There are some colorful hats. Which one do you like? S1/2/3/4: I like this/that…hat. 2. New word: dress
T: This is Lucy. She is a driver. She has a white hat and a white dress.
Teach new word with the picture.
T: There are four dresses. Which dress do you like?
S1/2/3/4: I like this/that…dress. 4. New word: shirt
T: My brother Jack is very shy. Look! Ss: He has black shoes. T: And he has a blue shirt. Teach new word with the picture. 5. New word: skirt
T: This is my sister Mary. She has a red T-shirt. This is her new skirt.
Teach new word with the picture. 6. New word: pants T: Do you like dress or skirt? Ss: Dress. /Skirt.
T: For me. I like pants. Look! What’s this? Ss: It’s a panda. T: Where is the panda? Ss: It’s on the pants.
Teach new word with the picture. Step4: Practice
1. Change the words, sing together. <Who is wearing hat today?>
2. I can do it: Teacher say and students do.
3. Design your own clothes. 4. Introduce your clothes:
This is a…(hat/dress/shirt/skirt…). It’s…(red/green/blue…). These are…(pants/shoes…). They are…(red/green/blue…). Step5: Emotional education
1. Put away your closet and donate your used things to the poor children.
2. Recycling for saving. Recycling for helping. Step6: Homework 1. Make your recycling list.
2. Report your recycling list to your parents.
