教學目標
1. Knowledge objective 知識目標
1)New words :fresh, healthy, delicious, hot, sweet
2)Sentence : what’s your favourite food ?
2. Ability objective 能力目標
1)Ss can understand and describe some food.
2)Ss understand and be able to engage in simple conversations about asking and answering what’s your favourite food ,and expressing the reasons.
3. Moral objective 情感態度和價值觀
1) Develop Ss’ consciousness of using English. They are willing to communicate and take part in activities with others.
2) We should keep a healthy diet.
2學情分析
五年級的孩子已經有了一些英語學習的基礎,也積累了一定的詞匯,但在口語表達方面仍要加強。食物是小學生最感興趣的話題之一,與孩子們的生活有著密切的聯系,而且之前也學過一些相關的內容,并有了一定的知識基礎,因此孩子們學起來會更加得心應手。本課將學習到更多的關于形容食物的詞匯,教學中要注意引導孩子們養成良好的飲食習慣。

4教學過程
4.1第一學時
4.1.1設計思路
首先在本課的單詞教學中,我調整了單詞呈現的順序,先從簡單易理解的單詞入手,請學生猜一種最喜愛的水果——蘋果入手,引出單詞sweet, 而后通過圖片引導學生理解蘋果不僅sweet而且healthy。然后通過不同的圖片呈現hot的不同意義。通過對比,加深對fresh的理解。接下來呈現不同味道的食物都很美味,引出delicious 。單詞教學的同時不僅呈現各種圖片,而且讓孩子們真正的品嘗一些食物,感受更加深刻。五個單詞呈現之后通過游戲鞏固這些單詞的學習、理解。學習對話之前,通過句子和笑臉的數量,幫助學生理解favourite的含義,為對話學習掃清障礙。對話之后,請孩子們兩兩搭檔做調查,為他們實際運用語言提供情境。接下來請學生用一些形容詞為自己喜愛的食物設計一個小廣告,培養他們實際運用語言的能力。最后引導孩子們拒絕垃圾食品,保持健康飲食。
4.1.2教學活動
活動1【導入】unit 3 What would you like
Step1.Lead-in
1)Greetings and free talk.
2)Give some clues and ask Ss to guess What’s teacher’s favourite fruit .
3)Enjoy a song “Apple tree”
活動2【講授】Presentation
Step2. Presentation
1) Present a red apple and elicit Ss to say the word : sweet .Then present some more pictures about sweet . Ss taste some real food and say the word :sweet. Next tell Ss an apple a day keeps the doctor away .So apple is healthy. Elicit Ss to understand the meaning of healthy .Tell Ss to pay attention to the pronunciation of “healthy”. Then compare healthy food with unhealthy food .
2) Show some pictures and elicit Ss to know two meanings of hot. Show some hot food and ask Ss : are they healthy ? Ask Ss to taste something hot and say the word.
3) Show some fresh fruit and compare with something not fresh .Ask Ss to choose which one is fresh .
4) Show some pictures of delicious food .Ask Ss to have a taste and read the word delicious .At first read it slowly de-li-cious.Then read it more quickly.
5) Present a picture. Elicit Ss to understand the meaning of favourite .Tell Ss to pay attention to the pronunciation.
活動3【練習】Practice
Step3. Practice
Play a game : Sharp eyes . Ask Ss to look carefully and read the words they see quickly and loudly.
Step4. Listen and read
1) Ask Ss to listen to the tape and think about a question :What’s Chen Jie’s favourite food ?
2) Ask Ss to listen again and repeat.
3)Role play this dialog. Work in pairs.
Step5. Do a survey
1) At first tell Ss teacher’s favourite fruit. Then ask some Ss what’s your favourite fruit . Give some clues to help Ss to make their own dialogs. Fill in the survey .
2) Ask some pairs to show their dialogs about the survey .
Step6. Wrap-up
1)Show two ads for food .
2)Ask Ss to make an ad for the food they like.
Step7. Extension
Show some pictures and tell Ss that we should not eat junk food,we should eat more vegetables,fruits, and keep a healthy diet.

Step8. homework
1) Finish P28 Look,write and say .
2) Find some healthy food and some unhealthy food at home.
