Period 1 一、教學目標
1.能聽懂、會說、認讀、會寫card, rose, gift, a box of chocolates, restaurant, delicious；
2.能用“What will you do for your mother? I’ll/We’ll + 動原”表達自己怎樣給媽媽過母親節。
二、學情分析
同學們在Unit 5中已經學過節日日期的表達法，本課的主題正好是“母親節”，于是用學過句型“When’s + 節日? It’s on the …of ….”引出本課的主題“When’s Mother’s Day? It’s on the second Sunday of May.”。通過簡單介紹母親節的由來，和對母親的詮釋，讓同學感恩母親,并用實際行動回報母親，為后續重點句型“What will you do for your mother? I’ll/We’ll +動原”的教學做好鋪墊。
三、重點難點
1. 能聽懂、會說、認讀、會寫card, rose, gift, a box of chocolates, restaurant, delicious；
2. 能聽懂、會說詞組make a beautiful card, a box of chocolates, at restaurant, cook a delicious dinner。
3. 能用“What will you do for your mother? I’ll/We’ll + 動原”表達自己怎樣給媽媽過母親節。
