Here are some suggestions to keep healthy. Firstly, we should keep a good mood(保持好心情). Keeping a good mood can make us healthy and
wealthy（富有的）. Secondly, we should have enough sleep (擁有足夠的睡眠) every day. Don't stay up（不熬夜） at night and get up early in the
morning. Thirdly, we should have a good eating habit, eating more fruits and green vegetables, and eating less meat (吃少點(diǎn)肉) and no junk food（不
吃垃圾食品）. Besides, make sure that we don’t smoke and drink (不抽煙、不喝酒). In addition, we should wash hands before meals (飯前洗
