1.課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)相關(guān)要求: 通過(guò)電視節(jié)目這一話題,學(xué)會(huì)詢問(wèn)他人對(duì)某事或某物的看法,會(huì)討論喜歡和不喜歡的事物。
2.教材分析
本單元的中心話題是“談?wù)搨(gè)人的打算,及對(duì)某事物的看法意見(jiàn)”,具體涉及電視節(jié)目,時(shí)尚流行,以及學(xué)生圍繞電視節(jié)目和時(shí)尚飾品談?wù)摬煌潭鹊南埠茫l(fā)表見(jiàn)解。語(yǔ)言技能和語(yǔ)言知識(shí)集合都是圍繞“喜好”這一中心話題設(shè)計(jì)的。 3.學(xué)情分析:
本課時(shí)的教學(xué)內(nèi)容圍繞“電視節(jié)目”這一話題展開(kāi),此類話題貼近學(xué)生生活,因?yàn)槿菀妆粚W(xué)生接受,學(xué)生也比較感興趣。可以將所學(xué)的內(nèi)容與實(shí)際相結(jié)合,使學(xué)生體會(huì)到學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的樂(lè)趣。
【學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)】
1)讀出并識(shí)記單詞:news, educational, plan, hope, discussion, stand, talent show, learn …from…., plan/hope to do sth. 2)談?wù)摳黝愲娪昂碗娨暪?jié)目的名稱。
3操練并運(yùn)用句型: ---- What do you think of game shows?
---- I like them. / I love them. / I don’t like them. / I can’t stand them. /I don’t mind them. 【評(píng)價(jià)任務(wù)】
1. 通過(guò)識(shí)別圖片、快速反應(yīng)等活動(dòng)完成目標(biāo)1)
2. 通過(guò)師問(wèn)生答、聽(tīng)力訓(xùn)練、2人組對(duì)話、等活動(dòng)完成目標(biāo)2) 3. 通過(guò)2人組對(duì)話、聽(tīng)力訓(xùn)練、小組討論等活動(dòng)完成目標(biāo)3) 【學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程】 Step 1
Greeting and Leading in 1. Daily greeting.
2. T:Ask Ss two questions:
Do you like to watch TV? Watch a short movie named Moana(海洋奇緣) What kind of TV program do you know? 3. T:Guide Ss to say some TV programs. Step2
Pre-listening Present new words:
1. T: Show some pictures of the TV shows on the PPT. 2. Let Ss match the TV shows with the pictures. 3. Lead students to learn some new words:
Talk show, soap opera, sports show, sitcom, game show, talent show, news 4. Ss try to grasp the meaning of these new words and remember them. 5. T: Check these words.
The teacher asks students to read these words together or one by one.
Pair work
1. Take 1c as the example, and let Ss practice the conversation in pairs. Then make their own conversation. For example:
A:What do you think of …? B :I … them / it.
Ask some pairs to show their conversations to the class.

While-listening Work on 1b
1. T : Let Ss look at the questions in 1b.
2. Ask Ss to listen and number the shows [1-4] in the order you hear them. 3 talent show 1 talk show 4 soccer game 2 news 3. Check the answer after listening. Work on 2a
1. T: Tell Ss that Lin Hui and Sally are talking about the TV shows. 2. Let Ss listen to their conversation. And number the TV shows [1-5]. 1 sitcoms 2 news

3. Check the answer after listening.
Work on 2b
1. T: Let Ss listen the conversation in 2a again, and complete the sentence in 2b. 2. Let Ss find out the difficult point, and the teacher explain them. 3. The teacher should pay attention to the words’ spelling. 4. Ask Ss to read these sentences in 2b.

Post-listening
1. T: Take 2a as the example, and let Ss ask and answer questions about the TV shows using information that is true for you. For example:
A: Do you plan to watch the news tonight?

B: Because I hope to find out what’s going on around the world. Step 5
Free Talk <group work>
1. T: Ask Ss to use the sentences we have learned to interview the partners about their favorite TV show.
2. Discuss their passage in groups each other.
3. The teacher should pay attention to the using of the phrases and grammars in that student’s passage.
Summary: use the target languages to make your own conversations with the following structure:
