1. Students can master the words and phrases: by bike, by bus, by train, by plane, by ship, by subway, on foot, by taxi and sentences: How do you go/get to ____ ? By /On ____.

Teaching Procedures
Warm up and Lead-in
1. Greetings and introduce myself. I’m Zhou Lanlan from Lu’anlu Primary School, I like travelling and reading.
2. I’m reading a book about auto museums these days. This is an auto museum , it’s so big. Do you want to know what’s in it?
Presentation
1.The museum is in shanghai, we can go there this May Day holiday. How can we get to Shanghai? Present the new words: by plane, by train, by ship and teach these words one by one.

In my opinion, going to Shanghai by train is a better choice, there are so many trains between Hefei and Shanghai, and it’s safe and cheap. Then how can I get to Hefei railway station? Present the words: by bus, by subway, by taxi and on foot and teach these words one by one. 3. How about you? How do you go get to the station that day?

Consolidation
1. There’s an even bigger auto museum, it’s in Beijing. I want to go and have a look this summer holiday. Then, how can I get to Beijing from Hefei? Can you give me some suggestions?
