教學設計
一、指導思想:
隨著課程改革的推進,如何培養學生的英語閱讀能力已經成為當下初中英語教學的首要任務和目標,學生的任務型閱讀能力是其英語綜合性學習能力的具體體現。因此,培養學生的任務型閱讀能力是初中英語教學中的重點內容。在本節課的設計上,我將利用“一起作業”APP讓學生提前完成本節課的生詞和課文的預習,并和本節課任務型閱讀的答題技巧結合起來,所設計的任務是線上線下相結合,層層遞進,引導學生在做中學會體會和思考,逐漸提高學生的閱讀水平。 二、教材分析:
本節課的授課內容為新目標九年級英語Unit 12 Life is full of the unexpected. Section B 2b,是一節閱讀課。本節課本上的閱讀材料,設計相應的閱讀任務,指導學生使用任務型閱讀策略,訓練其答題技巧,并分析文章的結構和深入挖掘文本信息,完成從認知-理解-輸出的過程。新目標人教版Unit12的中心話題是“談論過去發生的事情”,學習和了解人類社會生活中發生的重大事件及其影響,并讓學生學會使用目標語言談論和描寫自己所經歷的事件。在本節任務型閱讀課中,我選取了Section B 2b的閱讀來開展教學,該閱讀材料與節日話題相關,講述愚人節的故事,貼近學生生活,文本詞匯量在320詞左右,所含的生詞不多,比較適合開展任務型閱讀教學。文章向學生介紹了的幾個小視頻比較容易調動學生的情緒和情感,并有利于鼓勵學生思考如何正確看待愚人節,學會誠實做人。 三、學情分析:
本次教學為本班上課,教學對象是我校九年級(2)班的40名同學,該班學生有一定的語言基礎,學習能力較強,且這個年齡段的青少年對愚人節有一定的背景常識,加之本文的生詞不多,故事內容多樣化,能夠激發他們的學習興趣和閱讀欲望,但多數學生的語言運用能力還較弱,對閱讀方法的了解不系統,需要教師更多的幫助和指導。 四、教學目標
1、知識與技能:
1)學習和掌握閱讀材料中所涉及的新單詞和詞組。
2)進一步訓練學生的自我閱讀能力,并要求能通過快速閱讀找出主題句,概括文章大意,理

清文章結構,通過分段細讀抓住主要信息,完成閱讀任務。并在教師的指導下通過掌握并運用任務型閱讀的答題方法和技巧(locating, transforming, concluding)。
2、過程與方法:
通過談論愚人節問題和播放有趣的圖片,導入愚人節的話題,激活相關背景知識,設置多個閱讀任務,讓學生進行總體閱讀和分段閱讀,由易到難地完成任務,一步一步地學習任務型閱讀的閱讀技巧。學生通過獨立閱讀、同伴互助和小組討論逐層獲取文本信息,歸納總結此類題型的閱讀方法和答題技巧,并通過當堂訓練,及時鞏固和運用。
3、情感態度價值觀:
鼓勵學生積極思考,學會與同伴分享自己的看法和觀點,正確看待愚人節,培養誠實做人的道德品質,滲透核心價值觀。
4、教學重點與難點: 重點:
1)將任務型閱讀與日常英語課本閱讀教學相結合。
2)將任務型閱讀的閱讀策略和答題技巧滲透整個中考解題過程中。 難點:
1)訓練學生完成任務型閱讀的能力及根據不同的題型選擇恰當的閱讀策略和答題技巧。 2)將fast reading,careful reading與locating, transforming, concluding相結合。 3)讓學生總結歸納閱讀方法,即學即用,學會把方法遷移,舉一反三。 五、教學方法和教學工具:

Step 3 Read &discuss
Ask Ss to read through the passage again, underline the topic sentences and match the main idea with each paragraph. Get Ss to discuss the answers with their group members.
Then check the answers one by one.
Work on Task 2. Discuss their answers together while reading. Think over the answers. Then check the answers with the teacher. Read aloud the topic sentences.

Step 5 Careful reading II & pair work
Scan the third paragraph, and try to complete the sentences in Task 5. Walk around the classroom and offer help if necessary. Scan the fourth paragraph and finish task 6, try to complete the sentences. Then ask two students to write their answers on the whiteboard. One tells the answers, if his/her answers are wrong, choose other students to correct them. Get other students to check their answers in pairs.
Read sentences in Task5 ,play the recording, students listen and read paragraph 3 carefully and try to finish the sentences. Some students write their answers on the whiteboard, other student exchange their ideas and methods of doing the exercises in pairs.
