第一課時
1. 在課文情境下聽懂、讀準單詞because, language Australia, Australian。
2. 能準確運用特殊疑問句”Why do you like…?來詢問原因，并能夠用Because… 來回答原因。
3. 能運用I like/love… Because…來談論自己喜歡的動物，并陳述原因。
第二課時
1. 能在課文情境中理解讀準單詞back, kangaroo.
2. 在學習文本后，能運用 …live in…/…has/ have…/…eat…/…drink…的句型綜合地描述袋鼠的特征習性。
第三課時
1. 全體學生能準確，熟練地運用詞匯：language, because, Australian, kangaroo, 能理解surf, dive, biggest, salmon與澳大利亞有關的詞匯。
2. 學生通過閱讀能了解更多關于澳大利亞人，城市，動物,，海鮮，運動等方面的信息。

2. 在學習描述澳大利亞的袋鼠后，能運用…live in…/ …eat…/…drink…/…has/ have… 的句型綜合地描述動物的特征習性。
教 材 分 析
在小學一年級，學生已經學習了有關animals的詞匯:dog,bird,elephant,cow,cat等。二上M6U2，學生已經學習了運用I live in…的句型來描述自己居住的地方。 三上M4U2,學生學習了運用It can fly/ climb/ swim…的句型來描述animals abilities.四上M10U2孩子已經學習了用 Eat… Drink… 的祈使句來描述吃什么喝什么。本模塊的主要內容是談論自己喜歡的動物，介紹動物的特征和生活習性。
本課的教材內容為外研社《英語》（一起）第八冊，第九模塊第二單元。課文情境是介紹袋鼠的短文。袋鼠生活在澳大利亞，他們用后腿跳躍，袋鼠媽媽有一個特殊的育兒袋。袋鼠吃草和樹葉，喝水。在中國的動物園里也可以看到袋鼠。從袋鼠的居住地，飲食習慣，特征幾方面，綜合地描述介紹袋鼠，本課的教學目標是孩子在學習后能夠從動物居住地，飲食習慣，特征幾方面綜合描述的某種動物
學 情 分 析
前在狀態：在之前的學習中，大部分學生已經掌握了 I live in… It can… Eat… Drink…的句型。但綜合運用這些句型，從動物居住地，飲食習慣，特征幾方面綜合描述的某種動物的特征習性是學生的困難點。
潛在狀態：這本節課上，希望通過引導學生學習如何描述kangaroos，運用…live in… They eat… They drink… They have… They can…用一段話來綜合描述某個動物的特征習性。
學生差異分析：根據學生的英語學習情況，我將班上孩子分為三類：一、活躍型，該類學生上課積極活躍，基礎知識掌握牢固，樂于表達；二、內斂型，該類學生對英語學習困難較小，但掌握的知識不夠牢固，且較為內向，不太敢表達；三、被動型，該類學生基礎薄弱，不敢表達，用英語準確自如地表達存在較大困難。
在這堂課上，我希望能激發活躍型學生運用已學句型，引導這些孩子能夠正確地用一段話來介紹描述某種動物，更加關注培養孩子語言的組織能力，語言的準確性。同時內斂型的孩子能夠大膽的用英語來描述某種動物，培養其自信大方地用英語表達。對于被動型，我會更加關注他們是否理解課文，將課文練熟，能夠參與小組游戲活動中，聽懂別人描述的動物，并能夠用幾句話簡單地描述某個動物。
