教學設計
一、教學內容。
人民教育出版社(精通)2011課標版(2014年3月第1版)六年級上冊第五單元第28課。 二、教材分析。
本課選自第五單元第四課時,為一節詞匯句型課。銜接27課的閱讀內容,以單課中出現的核心詞匯月份September, October節日Teachers’ Day, National Day句型September is the ninth month of the year. October is the tenth month of the year.描述節日相關活動及包含“old”發音的chant為主要教學內容。通過本課學習學生能夠在情境中靈活運用所學知識,體驗學習應用語言,因此在教學中,教師探索新的教學方式即利用任務教學和思維導圖方式貫穿本課活動主線并且幫助學生將之前所學舊知與本課月份話題進行有效整合,培養學生綜合運用語言的能力。
(一)教學目標 1.語言技能 (1)通過完成電子郵件任務,學生能夠靈活運用所學內容提高語篇理解能力。
(2)通過思維導圖的幫助,能夠在圖片、詞語、例句的提示下,提高對月份、節日等話題進行描述的語言表達能力。
2. 語言知識
(1)通過學習本課,能夠聽說讀寫單詞September, October和詞組Teachers’ Day。聽說認讀詞組National Day和句型September is the ninth month of the year. October is the tenth month of the year.
(2)通過描述生活中的圖片,能夠鞏固理解序數詞的概念,掌握其基本用法。
(3)通過四個關鍵詞的表達,能夠運用所學舊知描述9月與10月的相關內容。
3.情感態度
(1)通過看視頻及“祖國,我想對你說……”活動激發愛國熱情,樹立為國奮斗的目標,培養社會主義核心價值觀。
(2)通過“教師節系列活動圖片”感恩老師的付出,建立尊師愛師的意識,培養核心素養。
4. 學習策略 (1)通過學習本課,能夠借助思維導圖的方式將所學內容進行歸
納整合,完成課堂任務。
(2)通過學習本課,能夠在課堂交流中注意傾聽、積極思考。積極與他人合作,共同完成各項學習任務。
5. 文化意識
(1)在交際聯系和活動中,言語表達及行為要符合文化規范,這是小學英語教學中文化意識培養的一個目標。在課堂交流與本課語篇閱讀時均出現了Miss Gao,強化學生理解在英語中“高老師”不能說成“Teacher Gao”。
(2)小學生的知識范圍和生活經驗有限,在他們的認知中,國慶節就是十月一日,因此在本課教學中,教師著意強調了這只是中國的國慶節,為學生今后了解西方節日打下基礎。
(二)教學重點
能夠掌握本課單詞September, October和詞組Teachers’ Day, 句型September is the ninth month of the year. October is the tenth month of the year.
(三)教學難點
1. 鞏固序數詞的用法,并結合生活實例進行描述。 2. 能夠描述九月和十月的相關話題。 三、學情分析。
六年級的學生已經具備一定的語言知識基礎,具備一定知識的整合能力,但是水平參差不齊。他們思維活躍,喜歡探索新任務,在小組活動中能夠發揮自己的作用。因此教師通過設計一個貫穿始終的語篇任務,引導學生由詞入句,由句入篇的掌握新知,引領學生從四個主題學習九月,鼓勵學生小組合作學習十月。在這個過程上,教師通過思維導圖,練習鞏固,句型引導等方式幫助學生大膽創新,理清思路、將新舊知識融合在一起,完成了綜合運用語言的目標。 四、教具。
在本課的教學中使用的教具主要包括一體機電腦,希沃軟件,板書單詞卡片,思維導圖,手機等。 五、教學過程。
Step One Warm-up 1. Ask and answer. T: How are you?
S1: I am fine. Thank you. T: How’s the weather today? S2: It’s sunny. T: Is it cold?
S3: No. It’s hot today. 2. Let’s chant.
T: Now let’s chant about OLD. (播放P2) Look, who can find OLD in this chant?
S1: told, old, cold, hold. T: Cool. Let’s say together.

【設計意圖】運用輕松的師生問答巧妙引出old一詞,從而進行本課Let’s chant.內容教學。激發學生學習興趣,營造輕松和諧的學習氛圍。
Step Two Presentation
1. Chant and say “12 months of the year”
T: Now let’s watch a video. (播放頁4) 視頻后一半 You say months, I say number.
S: January, February…
T: How many months are there in a year? S: 12.
2. New words and sentences (1)Look and say
T: Yes, look, (播放頁5) There are 12 months in a year. January is the first month of the year. What’s the next month? S1: February is the second month of the year.
T: Good! You,please!(每個月份叫兩至三名學生說)
(2)September is the ninth month of the year. October is the tenth month of the year.
(出示September)
S1: September is the ninth month of the year. (say one by one) T: 此時板書,貼September,寫is the ninth month of the year. (出示October)
S1: October is the tenth month of the year. (say one by one) T: 此時板書,貼October, 寫is the tenth month of the year. (PPT出示核心句型September…October…) T: Together!

再結合之前學習的知識,通過動態PPT跟進操作引出新知。信息技術的應用讓學生迅速理解新知,簡單的機械操練和易錯點講解輔助讓學生掌握新知。

4. Read and find out the key words.

5. Talk in different topics.

Festivals: Teachers’ Day (此處講解s’, on, 和具體日期)
Activities: give flowers and cards to teachers, fly kites, go camping 【設計意圖】通過生活實際圖片引導學生使用序數詞表達,充分體現了語言的應用功能。在基礎知識學習的基礎上,以語篇的方式提出貫穿全課的任務“幫助Lily了解九月和十月,并提出建議”,學生根據四個關鍵詞將舊知與新課融合在一起,由教師引領學習九月,學習描述和表達。
Step Four Production
1. Learn “October” in groups.
(1) Talk about October.

Ss: 分組完成思維導圖,選出一名代表稍后匯報。

(2) National Day

We did a good job in this class, we helped Lily a lot. 【設計意圖】 在九月的學習基礎上,學生分組學習十月,既體現了學習策略的習得效果,又體現了學生自主學習,發展創新的習得效果。為了更直觀的展示學生的學習成果,我采用了希沃投屏軟件,可以實時將學生匯報用的思維導圖投到一體機電腦屏幕上,方便匯報的學生和下面觀看的學生。多媒體軟件的使用充分發揮了信息技術手段的交互作用,體現了信息技術與學科教學的深度融合。為了培養學生核心素養,進一步樹立社會主義核心價值觀,在講授國慶節時加入看視頻和“祖國,我想對你說……”環節,有力激發了學生們的愛國熱情。語篇填空環節既是對之前任務的一個呼應,又融入了本課要求四會的單詞與詞組,自然而有效。

2. Try to find out information about November and December. 【設計意圖】 針對高年級的學生特點,鼓勵學生在課后整理信息,培養寫作的基礎能力,同時督促學生養成課前預習的好習慣。
