Viewing(Input)
Enable Ss to be interested in an English job interview, to understand how to face an English job interview, what to prepare, what to talk about through enjoying a micro-video of a real English job interview.
Reading(Input)
1.Enable Ss to predict what a progress report will talk about.
2.Enable Ss to do skimming to get the general structure of the two progress reports.
3.Enable Ss to do scanning to get some detail information by completing a chart about the two senior high students.
4.Enable Ss to do careful reading to find and revise some useful expressions which they have learned or appear in this text to prepare for
making an assessment.

Writing(Output)

2學情分析
學完了必修一M1到M6的高一學生已經能較為熟練表達喜好和簡單的觀點和態度了,再加上,本部分文本材料簡單,因此,他們對評價自己和他人這個話題并不會感到困難。此外,通過電影、電視、網絡等媒體資源的介入,學生對招聘面試這個場景也不陌生,如果自己能有機會與同伴一起用英語來做面試官、應聘者或是寫推薦信的話,相信會大大提升他們對本節課的學習興趣和熱情。
3重點難點
1. Ss read the text to find, revise, summarize, and accumulate some useful expressions to make assessment.
2. Ss can make a relatively objective self-assessment and others-assessment, and will be able to put them into real oral practice.
