學情分析：本班學生總共有三十個，班級人數相對少，其中十八名學生成績優秀，十名學生為成績中等，還有兩名學困生。根據四年級學生好動，注意力不能長時間的集中等特點，本課首先設計了情景教學，設置了很多新穎的游戲。給學生一個輕松愉快的學習環境及氣氛。
教學目標：
1.能聽、說、認、讀單詞：tomato，carrot，potato，green bean及其復數形式。
2.能用形容詞描述蔬菜的特點，如：Look at the green beans. They're so long! The potatoes are big.
3.能跟讀Let’s chant。 教學重點：
1.掌握單詞：tomato, green bean, potato, carrot及其復數形式。
2.運用句子： Look at the green beans. They're so long! The potatoes are big.
教學難點：
1.tomato, potato復數形式的變化。
2.能夠在情景中運用句型：Look at the...They're... 教具學具：
蔬菜圖片，單詞卡片，蔬菜實物PPT，etc 教學過程：
Step 1. Warm up
復習三年級下Unit3 B Let’s do. Big big big make your eyes big

Small small small make your eyes small Long long long make your arms long
Short short short make your arms short
設計意圖：把學生帶入輕松愉快的英語學習環境中。 Step 2. Preparation
1. T:What a lovely day ,let’s go to the farm.呈現
多媒體進入新課。講解farm，接著Do you like vegetables? What vegetables do you know?聽學生回答引出單詞。
設計意圖：給學生設置本課相應的情景，參與到情景教學中來。
2. Teach “carrot”
T: Let’s play a guessing game: It’s a kind of vegetables. It’s orange. The rabbits like it very much. What’s it?【Ss can answer it both in Chinese and English. Then T will show the word card and the picture. Write down on the blackboard. T will lead activity and pick some S group to read.
T: Then let’s count the carrots in the picture. (e.g., One carrot, two carrots… many carrots.) 趣味拍手操練chant:
I like carrots. I like carrots. Yummy, yummy, yummy.（師生示范chant，學生之間pair work。）
設計意圖：游戲教學讓學生輕松愉快地學習英語。
3.Teach” green beans”用問句What are these？來引出第二個單詞green beans,學生讀并板書。用問題引出句子它的特點是They are so long.擴展I love to eat green beans. Look at the green beans. They’re so long. (Show two green beans and compare them.】Show the word “long” and let Ss read it.
4. Teach “tomato(es)”
1) Show a bag.T: I have a bag. There is something in

it. Who wants to come to the front and taste? Be brave!
2) Close your eyes. Open your mouth. What’s it? 當學生得出答案時，教師出示實物及單詞，逐步引出one tomato，two tomatoes，從而引出tomato的復數形式。【出處：21教育名師】
3) Show tomatoes.
T: Look at the tomatoes. What color are they？ Ss: They are red.
T: Yes. They’re red.教師用手掰開西紅柿并板書單詞。 Then ask the boys and girls to repeat it.
設計意圖：展示實物，讓學生更直觀的接受單詞，學生理解起來更容易些。
5. Teach “potato(es)” 1) Show a bag.
T: Look at the bag. Can you touch and guess “Which one is the potato?”
Ss touch it and try to find out the potato.
通過這個“摸一摸”游戲，引出新單詞potato，然后出示單詞卡，讓學生認讀。接著引導學生數一數共有多少個potato。21 2) Play a short game “High and low”.
鞏固操練potato的讀音。 3) Show the true potatoes.
T: Look at the tomatoes. They’re red. Look at the potatoes.
編一個chant鞏固知識：

4) T shows two potatoes and compare them. T: Look! This potato is big. T shows the word card “big” and let Ss read it. 設計意圖：小學四年級的學生注意力不可能集中四十分鐘，所以只能用不同的游戲或教學方法去吸引他們，達到教學效果。
教學A.Let's learn
（1)教師播放第一遍錄音，讓學生邊聽錄音邊指向相應的圖.
（2)教師播放第二遍錄音，讓學生邊聽錄音邊跟讀。 （3)學生兩人一組，進行對話。 Step 3. Practice鞏固練習
1.賽一賽，看誰認讀得又快又準。教師手持卡片，快速出示卡片要學生認讀，哪個同學認讀又快又準給該組獎勵一個水果圖片。
2.猜一猜游戲 只露出一點點圖片，讓學生猜What are these? 回答：They are ……..猜對得給組加分獎勵，激起學習英語興趣。
3.在學生都已熟練的情況下，教師進行更難的闖關“What’s missing?”觀察哪個單詞消失了，答對得給相應的獎勵，打錯的扣一獎勵。
4.播放flash 動畫學習回歸課本內容，讓學生跟著動畫認讀.
設計意圖：避免枯燥的讀單詞，拒絕反復練習，我們設計了幾個游戲讓學生不由自主的加入到游戲中來，并在游戲中學會了本節課的內容。
Step4Production A．Let's chant
(1)先用圖片教學onions，然后引出chant中的句子：I like tomatoes.I like potatoes.I like carrots.I like onions.要求學生用不同的單詞替換著說。
(2)教師作喜歡吃的樣子說：Carrots l will try. Tomatoes l will try. Green beans I will try.I love to eat carrots.I love to eat tomatoes.I love to eat green beans.要求學生用喜歡的表情模仿著說。2-1-c-n-j-y

(3)教師拿著onions，揉揉眼睛說：But onions make me cry. 讓學生觀察歌謠中like后的蔬菜單詞和Let’s learn中的單詞有什么不同。啟發學生說出like后的名詞是以復數形式出現的。教師適當強調tomato和potato的復數形式拼寫的變化，carrot的復數形式讀音的變化。
Step 4. Summing up
總結本節課學習的單詞和句子 tomato, green bean, potato, carrot及其復數形式。
2.句子Look at the green beans. They're so long! The potatoes are big.
3.擴展
(1)Couch potato（很懶散的人）經常躺在沙發上嚼薯片的人
(2)hot potato比喻棘手的問題或者難對付的人 (3)small potato當你對你朋友的事情愛莫能助時，你就可以說： Sorry , I can’t help you. I am just a small potato.you know.
教學意圖：讓學生總結出本節課所學的單詞，檢查教學效果。
Step 5. Homework
畫一個蔬菜，用Look at the...They are...說一句話。 板書設計

本課是小學四年級英語下冊Unit4 At the farm. Part A第
二課時的內容。反思第四單元“農場”主題的教學，我認為教學重點難點得到了鞏固和突破，教學效果良好，學生學得輕松。本節課我設計了各種游戲、活動，讓學生在體驗中參與，在輕松愉悅的氛圍中學習英語。總的來說，我個人認為這節課在以下幾方面做得較為成功：
1、教學思路清晰，教學由詞到句，學生學習由淺入深，易掌握本節課的知識。
2、對新知識的學習與鞏固比較落實。為了讓學生比較牢固地掌握所學知識，我在教學過程中安排了讀、猜、演、說等各個環節，幫助學生及時的掌握知識并能進行運用。
3、本節課利用幻燈片的視覺效果，極大提高了學生的積極性。
需要改進的地方：
1、 本節課的內容安排很多，但是效果還是不錯的，孩子們學的也很開心。欠缺的是給學生動筆的時間少了，在課堂上就能更好的鞏固所學知識。
2、駕馭課堂的能力不夠火候，課堂語言不流利。 3、環節之間的銜接語還不夠。
雖然本次課堂離自己的理想教學還有距離,但我會繼續努

力,繼續研究教材,繼續備教材,備學生,在教法上深入研究與實踐,相信在往后的教學道路上會越走越遠!
