Unit 6 In a nature park 第二課時教學設計
【教學目標】
(一)知識目標
1. 能用正確的語音、語調(diào)朗讀對話; 2. 能夠理解對話大意。
(二)能力目標
能在情景中運用句型Is there...? Yes, there is. / No, there isn’t.詢問相關的物品或人物。
(三)情感態(tài)度與價值觀目標
培養(yǎng)學生熱愛祖國的美好風光,學會保護大自然。
【教學重難點】
掌握一般疑問句Is there...?的詢問及其回答方式。
【教學過程】
Step 1: Warm-up 1. Greetings.
T: Good morning, boys and girls. It’s sunny today. I’m very happy. Are you happy today? Ss: Yes.
T: If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands. If you’re happy and you know it, clap your hands. (教師帶領學生邊拍手邊唱歌曲<If you’re happy>,活躍課堂氣氛。)
2. 教師出示一幅自然公園的圖片,激發(fā)學生所學過的There be句型進行描述。
T: There is a picture of a nature park. What’s in the nature park? You can answer me like this: There is a ... in the park.
3. 教師帶領學生一起用兩只老虎的調(diào)說唱歌謠,使學生在輕松愉快的節(jié)奏中復習所學語言知識。
教師先做示范,然后鼓勵學生一起邊拍手邊說唱自編的歌謠。
T: Forest, forest. Forest, forest, there is a forest, there is a forest.(用兩只老虎的調(diào)進行說唱,激發(fā)了學生的表達欲望和學習興趣。)
Step 2: Presentation
1. 教師再次出示自然公園的圖片,并通過提問使學生初次感知句型Is there...?
T: Look at the nature park again. Listen to me carefully. Is there a/an...in the park?
Ss: Yes, there is./No, there isn’t.
2. 激發(fā)學生爭做小老師,上臺用所學句型Is there...?進行提問,其他學生根據(jù)這名同學的提問進行搶答。
T: Who can be a little teacher, you come to the front and ask like this: Is there...?
S1: Is there a monkey in the park? Ss;No, there isn’t. ...
3. 教師播放Let’s try 部分的錄音,學生根據(jù)錄音選擇正確的選項,然后和教師一起核對答案。
4. 教師播放歌曲視頻In a nature park, 使學生在感受美好音樂的同時,為接下來的對話學習做鋪墊。
T: Now let’s enjoy a very sweet song In a nature park, and appreciate the beauty of nature. 5. T: Do you like the sweet song? Ss: Yes.
T: The song describes a beautiful forest to us. And Miss White and the children are going to a forest, too. Let’s watch the video and see what they’re talking about.
6. T: Before we watch the video, let’s look at the two questions below.
1) Is there a river in the forest?
2) Is there a lake in the forest?
7. T: What else is in the forest? Now let’s watch the video again and answer the question.
8. T: Now let’s learn the dialogue in details.
T: When we read the first two sentences, we should be very happy, because the children can go to the forest. Who can read the sentence with a very feeling?
(Teacher encourages the students to read the sentence with a happy feeling.) Step 3: Practice
教師引導學生以小組合作的模式表演對話, 并提醒學生在表演時加上有趣的表情與動作。
T:Now let’s act it out in groups. Remember to add some interesting expressions and actions. Step 4: Consolidation
教師引導學生根據(jù)所給提示以小組合作模式創(chuàng)編新對話,并提醒學生在表演時加上有趣的表情與動作。
T:Let’s make a new dialogue. And I will give you some tips to make the new dialogue. Step 5: Evaluation
1. Teacher encourages the students to protect the nature. 2. T: Which group is the best one in our class? Let’s have a look. 教師將各小組個人展示和小組展示環(huán)節(jié)的總分進行排名,評選出最優(yōu)秀的合作小組。 板書設計:
