教材分析
本單元是本冊(cè)教材的第一單元,從學(xué)生熟悉的教師到身邊的朋友,圍繞對(duì)他人進(jìn)行性格特征和外貌的描述展開。本課是故事教學(xué),通過前期的學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)生已經(jīng)能夠?qū)θ宋镞M(jìn)行描述,通過幫助Zoom 等小動(dòng)物一起猜測(cè)來的體育老師是什么樣,到最后發(fā)現(xiàn)新來的體育老師與想象不符,既是對(duì)知識(shí)的滾動(dòng)提升,又滲透了不能以貌取人的思想,幫助學(xué)生樹立正確的審美觀。
設(shè)計(jì)說明
本課為故事教學(xué),以學(xué)生本單元主句型Who’s your…teacher? What’s he/she like? Is he/she…?引出PE teacher,迅速進(jìn)入話題。在復(fù)習(xí)已學(xué)單詞時(shí),設(shè)計(jì)football game,幫助學(xué)生在情境中學(xué)習(xí)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)中進(jìn)球、失球、得分的表達(dá)。進(jìn)入文本后,將文本分成兩部分:1.猜測(cè)體育老師形象;2.最終發(fā)現(xiàn)體育老師的形象。在此過程中始終讓學(xué)生帶著問題閱讀、觀看視頻,學(xué)生自己對(duì)比感知體育老師形象上的不同,最終得出結(jié)論:You can’t judge a book by its cover.最后,讓學(xué)生通過教師給的支架,對(duì)故事進(jìn)行復(fù)述,使語(yǔ)言的表達(dá)得到提升!

She is kind. We often play basketball/play football in PE lesson. 由本單元主題歌曲進(jìn)行熱身,通過對(duì)學(xué)生任課老師的詢問,幫助學(xué)生了解本課的話題。在問答體育老師的情況后,詢問體育課做些什么,引出play football.

Show a football and let Ss play a football game. Teach“Shoot! We win!”&“Score…goals”here. 2.Present the characters T: She is funny./She has a big tail./She is short./She’s our friend./She can play football. Who is she? Look! Zip and her friends Zoom, elephant and dog.

出示主題,通過玩football game,復(fù)習(xí)已學(xué)單詞為后面的學(xué)習(xí)做鋪墊。通過真實(shí)的進(jìn)球,讓學(xué)生學(xué)會(huì)說:“Shoot! We win! ” &“Score…goals” 由football game引出人物Zip和朋友們,通過觀察圖片,預(yù)測(cè)哪隊(duì)會(huì)獲勝,激發(fā)閱讀故事的興趣。接著通過提

問和觀看片段讓學(xué)生自己找到答案,他們?cè)诹氖裁?他們猜測(cè)體育老師是什么樣的?為后三幅圖的學(xué)習(xí)留下懸念。
在學(xué)習(xí)的過程中適當(dāng)進(jìn)行表演,可以讓學(xué)生更好地理解故事,培養(yǎng)閱讀興趣。
在閱讀第4-6幅圖后,回答問題:誰(shuí)來了?是什么樣的?Zoom認(rèn)為他會(huì)踢球嗎?通過自己閱讀將兔子的外形特征與他在踢足球時(shí)的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行對(duì)比。
故事教學(xué)中表演環(huán)節(jié)是非常重要的,有助于學(xué)生對(duì)故事的理解!
