教學目標
1. 能聽懂,用正確語音語調朗讀課文,并理解課文大意。
2. 能聽懂目標語句What's his/her name?詢問朋友姓名 并用His/Her name is..做出回答。
3. 能在思維導圖幫助下,有邏輯的描述一位朋友。
2學情分析
四年級的學生對英語學習興趣濃厚,具有詞匯學習的能力,能積極參與課堂教學活動,表現欲望強烈。小組合作意識已經初步形成。
3重點難點
教學重點:
能夠在語境中理解生詞his, her,friendly, strong的意思,并能正確發音;能夠在情景中運用句型What’s his/her name? His/Her name is … 詢問并回答某人的姓名,并能在情景中恰當運用功能句He’s/She’s … He/ She has ...描述人的外貌特征。
教學難點:
能在思維導圖幫助下,有邏輯的描述朋友。

活動1【導入】Lead-in
一、Let's chant
1. Listen to a chant. What's the chant about? It's about _______.
2. Show pictures of Tim and Lily.
What's his name? He is _________.
What's her name? She is _________.
(用Let's chant 引入話題friends, 同時活躍課堂氣氛。借用chant里的兩位人物,提問What's his/her name? 引導學生回答,并做適當描述,復習形容詞。)
二、Free talk
Who's your friend? What's his/her name?
活動2【講授】Presentation
一、Listen and answer
T: John has a new friend. Let's listen and find Who is John's new firend.
His name is ________. A Zhang Peng B. Tim C.Mike
二、Listen again and finish
He is a ________ boy.
He is _________.
(讓學生聽感知課文大意,逐步找出課文信息。)
三、Talk about Zhang Peng
Look at the PPT and talk about Zhang Peng.
(根據聽音找出的信息,嘗試初步描述人物。)

T:John has a new friend. Do you want to make new friends? Show a lucky wheel and some pictures. Set an example.

二、How to describe a firend? ( 勾畫思維導圖)
1. I have a new firend. Can you guess? Who is he/she?
I have a new friend.

She has a big mouth.
She is very friendly.
She is a good good teacher.
What’s her name?
(圈出關鍵詞tall, thin, big eyes, big mouth, friendly等.)
