教學目標
教學目標:
1.能聽懂、會說、會讀詞匯: writer, sick, people, factory, cook, driver, farmer, policeman
2.能聽懂、會說、會讀句型:What does your father/mother do? What do they do?及其回答。
3.能夠運用本課重點句型和詞匯進行交際。
4.能正確理解并朗讀課文,并根據(jù)提示嘗試復述課文內(nèi)容。
5.能夠熟練表達父母的職業(yè)和工作內(nèi)容,激發(fā)學生熱愛和尊重父母職業(yè)的情感。
2學情分析
五年級學生已經(jīng)掌握了teacher、cook、nurse、doctor等職業(yè)類詞匯,只有policeman和driver這兩個職業(yè)類單詞是生詞,因此詞匯方面難度不大。另外孩子們對于職業(yè)的問答已經(jīng)有一定基礎,能聽懂:What's your job?這樣的問句。而且我班學生已經(jīng)養(yǎng)成了提前預習的好習慣,對于職業(yè)這個話題也比較感興趣。因此可以比較好的圍繞這個話題進行交際。
3重點難點
教學重點:
句型:What does your father/mother do? What do they do?及其回答。
詞匯:driver, policeman等職業(yè)類詞匯及sick, factory。
教學難點:
重點句型的用法。
sick, factory, writer等詞的讀音和用法。
does, teaches, makes等動詞第三人稱單數(shù)形式的讀音及其用法。

1. Talk about the title.
Today we’ll learn :Unit5 What do they do? What is this question about?—Jobs.
2. Brain storm: What jobs can you name?
3. A guessing game.
People do all kinds of jobs in the city or in the country. Can you look at the outlines and guess the jobs?
活動2【講授】Step2: While-reading
一.Read and answer.
1. Who are these children? Mike and Su Hai.
2. Whose jobs do they talk about? Read the story and find out.
二.Read and understand.
1. This dialogue is not complete. Let’s read the story and find out the answers.
Part 1: 1. What does Mike’s father do? Why?
2. Whose parents or family are teachers? Introduce them.
3. Read and imitate.
2. Read the rest parts in your groups and find out the answers.
